Livid at the treatment by this office. I thought the office staff was going to be nice to deal with let me tell you about my experience. I needed a night guard which they had me pay $615 upfront for. They promised to call me when it was in never called 10 days went by after it came in when I told sandy I was never called she argued with me was so condescending and rude and said I did call I told her I can show her I have no missed calls or messages from her. Then I was called the day before my appointment to get a crown placed. I had just had a tooth pulled 1 week prior and I told Barbie I was not sure if I should have the crown worked on due to still being in pain and she said well then I will have to charge you $200. If you are going to charge a $200 fee for not cancelling 48 hours in advance then you should be calling people 48 hours in advance not 24 hours. Also told me they were behind in cleanings almost 1 year they could not give me a cleaning until June 2025. This was upsetting to say the least. So Barbie called me back and told me Dr couch says I could take my X-rays and go somewhere else. So I did that and dr couch agreed to rescan for my night guard so it will fit with going to another dentist. Well I got my night guard today and funny thing is it is tight around the crown telling me he probably used my old scan. I called and sandy accused me of not turning in the old night guard which I did take in the day I came in for the scan I told her I want my money back and she said in a condescending tone I think that's best. Not to mention dr couch refused to check the night guard and when I told his assistant I wanted him to check she became annoyed at me. She finally went and got him and he told me to pull it off from the left instead of the right isn't that funny that he told me that when the new crown in on the right because he knew it was tight on that crown. My tooth now feels chipped in back of that tooth trying to make the night guard fit. Also Barbie had given me false information when I first came in as well as sandy. Dr couch seems like he hides behind his staff lets them be rude to people and has a deer in head lights look when you talk to him trying to come off as a kind person when in fact he did not care that he did these things to me or his staff treated me like that. This is not how you treat patients. Thank you for wasting 3 months of my time waiting for a night guard to come in that does not even fit my mouth. If he can't get that right I am glad I didn't have other work done on my teeth! read more

My dentist retired so it was time to look for a new dentist. Through thorough research and reading a lot of reviews of dentist in my area, I had several great dentist to chose from, however I went with Dr. Couch. Walking into the office, I found it very clean and professional. They even had my name on the welcome board. I wasn't expecting it, but it was greatly appreciated. I was given a tour of the office, shown where all the rooms were, showed me where they sterilize all the equipment and told me about how they make their crowns in house, same day, same appointment utilizing a 3D printer. State of the art office for sure. They said while our patients wait for the crown, they have a massage chair with a flat screen so you can watch some shows while you wait. The meeting with Dr. Couch was very thorough and occurred after Nicole took 18 xrays of my mouth. There wasn't anything that was missed. From there, Dr. Couch went through and discussed in layman terms what he saw, things he was concerned with and prioritized the work that should be done. I was aware of all of his concerns, as they were concerns from my former dentist as well. So I knew he wasn't in any way shape or form trying to do unnecessary procedures on me. If you come early you can experience thier wonderful full body massage chair (first come first served). Also rooms are equipped with TVs on the ceilings so you can watch Netflix, History etc.. I do not know where to begin to sing Dr. Couch and his staff's praises. I am extremely terrified of going to the dentist due to some very bad previous experiences. I found Dr. Couch via an advertisement at the movies one day. I drummed up all of my courage and called his office to set up a consultation. The receptionist was very kind and understanding and warm. One week later I had my appointment. I tend to cry when I am anxious and of course, there were tears as I explained my fears and concerns to Dr. Couch. But he was very patient and kind and understanding. He mapped out my treatment plan and spent an hour and a half with me, never once leaving the room. I really felt important and not rushed. One week later , which was yesterday, I began the first of several fairly major procedures. I was nervous, but for the first time in my life, didn't break out in hives due to anxiety. The procedure went well and I wasn't in any pain nor am I in pain today. I still have more appointments and procedures to go over the next six months but I can honestly say, I am not dreading them. I was referred to Dr Couch from a friend of mine. Dr Couch and his staff are very professional. I went in today had two repairs on my crowns and a new crown replaced. I barely felt the pain meds and he explained everything in detail. I am a nervous wreck the whole time in the chair. He makes you feel real comfortable. The whole staff is just so incredible. My 5yo needed a filling and they were so patient with him. It's great for kids because they have a tv on the ceiling with Netflix, so he could be distracted while they were working. When the change of ownership came I was a bit uncertain because of course you normally choose your dentist, not have one thrust upon you. Honestly what initially kept me there was Krystal, my hygienist; let's be honest you spend 75% + with your hygienist and she is the BEST! That girl can clean teeth like nobody's business, not a single surface is left untouched, plus she's just a fun person. I'm really happy I made the choice to stay! The whole experience was great! The ladies at the front desk were warm and inviting. They made my four year old son feel right at home when we came in. Both Dr. Couch and the hygienist were also amazing.
