I'm constantly feeling compelled to leave a review of Rocklin Smiles because of the high level of service I receive every time. I've said in a previous review that it's the little things that matter to me in any service business and Rocklin Smiles seems to pride themselves on those little things. My recent visit was once again seamless and easy. This time I want to highlight the receptionist's awareness. I'm not sure of her name but she seems to take pride in knowing my name which I'm sure is common practice for her and all the patient's. I was greeted by name as soon as I walked in. Now, I know they're expecting their patients at certain times but being kindly greeted by name is not something I've experienced at other dentists. After waiting about 5 minutes while scrolling through my phone the receptionist updated me that I'd be seen soon. The awareness to keep me informed before I even had the chance to even realize I had been waiting longer than normal is the "little things" I mentioned earlier. I know most people can think of countless times waiting in a lobby after being checked in and left to wonder "how much longer am I gonna be waitin?" Something simple as recognizing you have someone waiting and simply updating them seems trivial but I know from experience it takes some caring to be aware of that. And that caring attitude is not too common these days. The dental assistant that I've been assigned my last two visits is also just as hospitable and aware. The kindness and clear communication during intervention is comforting. 20/10 highly recommend. read more

I've now had a cleaning (after not visiting a dentist for several years), several fillings redone, and a crown replaced. I can confidently say that Dr Sugimoto, Josie, Elizabeth, and all the other staff here have been wonderful - wish I got everyone's name to give them credit! I've never had a dentist who was so organized and detailed. Dr Sugimoto got me through the fillings and the crowns with zero pain. She gave me a referral for a root canal to a great endodontist and everything went smoothly (as smooth as it can be for a root canal). Josie had the wonderful job of cleaning my teeth after several years of not going to a dentist. She was incredibly thorough yet gentle with my teeth. I was thinking she was going to be scraping hard and what not, but no. She took her time and did an excellent job. Elizabeth and the other assistants are also wonderful, competent, and patient. My wife and I are very happy we found Rocklin Smiles. read more

I would recommend Rocklin Smiles over and over again to anyone who needs regular visits and/or major work done. Their staff is polite, courteous, always remembers who I am and is clear with my bill and how insurance will work with them. Josie is my hygienist and she is awesome! Dr. El-Maasri is great as well and does a phenomenal job of explaining everything that is going on with my procedures. read more

Josie is my dental hygienist and she is very good at her job. Very caring and when I ask her a question she answers it in a clear and concise manner that I can understand. Also Dr. Hopper has been my primary dentist for several years and of course I consider him to be the best dentist I have ever had! All of the staff members are great as well and I recommend ROCKLIN SMILES to all my friends and family members. read more

I had my first visit today with Rocklin Smiles. I cannot say enough great things about the experience! From front desk to doctor consult to staff it was better than I expected! I have had bad experiences with other establishments but I felt at ease from beginning to end! The environment is very warm and friendly! My consultation was professionally done and not forced upon me! I had a cleaning today and my hygienist was really thorough and professional! I have found my new dentistry home in Rocklin Smiles and I will definitely be referring people to this office! Well done Rocklin Smiles...take a bow! read more

Dr. El-Maasri herself is great, but the billing team needs a lot of work. On multiple occasions over the ~year I was a patient, I was misquoted significantly for work needed. Most recently, I was quoted $183 for a filling, only to receive an additional bill 3+ months later for an EXTRA $200. While the hygienists and doctor themselves are good I won't be returning or recommending to others. It's completely unreasonable to misquote patients so significantly on a consistent basis and not accept any fault read more

Hi I recently was out of town and part of my tooth cracked off . So I called and left a message stating when I'd be home. And they ended up fitting me in right after I got home ! The team is professional , and very caring as well -they kept letting me know the next step of process as well . I had no pain with getting a crown put in immediately ! Thanks Rocklin smiles I would highly recommend them thanks Dr El-Maasri read more

I've said it before....but coming from another practice....this is the MOST supportive dentist office I have gone to so far. Very professional, everyone is so nice, I have had two crowns done (IN OFFICE!!!)....Dr. Hopper AND Dr. "E" are so personable and SMART. Totally trust each of them. Feel so lucky finding them! I know no matter what happens....they will BE THERE! read more

This year marks 10 years of me going here. Everyone is still just as friendly, including the front desk staff. Dr. El-Maasri always makes me feel comfortable and she's taught me how to keep up with my dental hygiene as I've always struggled with cavities. Holly is also amazing! She has the best stories and makes a normal visit a blast. I hope to stay a patient here for another 10 years! read more

If there were infinite and unlimited stars, that what they deserve. I have been going to dentists for at least five decades. I have been seen both Dr El Maasri and Dr Hopper for the last seven years. Their competency and professionalism it top notch, there is no better. The entire staff at Rocklin Smiles are principled, friendly and great at what they do - it is like you want to the dentist (I know, weird...). They also have the most modern equipment which is so different than the more traditional approach (take it from an experienced patient!). Yesterday Dr Massri and Star had me in the chair for almost four hours as I need three crowns (sigh). It was done perfectly, no discomfort, great company and very reasonable prices. We are fortunate to have them in our area. These are good people and competent dental professionals. Kudos to them (and I look forward to returning!) read more

If you are looking for a highly skilled ,passionate and gentle dentist I recommend Dr Jeannine El MAASRI ,who will take the time to thoroughly explain your dentistry needs , will make you feel safe and comfortable with her gentle touch and awesome customer service. I have the best experience and the most satisfying results at Rocklin Smiles. I am so happy with my hygienist Nikki . You will not be disappointed if you go there ,you will be extremely happy. Thank you Dr Jeannine and Nikki for taking good care of me . Looking forward to my next apt . read more

If I could give them 10 stars I would! I had a toothache for a while and needed a root canal. (After a previous one that didn't turn out well about a decade ago with a different dentist somewhere else,I was pretty scared to get another one.) I'm so glad I found them, it was practically painless! If you're a scaredy-cat like me when it comes to dental work, you will love it here. Dr.Hopper and his staff were so nice and took time to explain everything in detail, I 100% recommend them!! read more

This office is hands down the best dental office I have ever been to! The environment is amazing and the staff is kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend this office and it is the place to go for any dental concerns! read more

Professional and friendly staff. Doctor Hopper is a dentist that will explain the problem and procedures that are needed. Made me feel comfortable. The work was done in a timely manner and looked great. No problems at all. read more

Dr Maasri and staff are excellent! Best dentist I've ever been to! (And I've been to a few-been around a while) I broke a tooth while visiting Sacramento. My friend told me about this office and same day crowns....what???? I called and got a next day appointment. As a new patient that's kinda unheard of. Had my 2 grandchildren and the staff set them up with a movie in the room. They were so sweet to the kids. Top notch equipment and again I can't say enough good things about the staff. Everyone is amazing. You won't regret going here. Considering commuting here because they're so amazing! Got my crown prep and my permanent crown in 2 hrs! Excellent care! Thank you so much Dr Maasri and staff! read more

Just finished my nine month Invisalign treatment under the care and direction of Dr. Jeannine El-Maasri at Rocklin Smiles. I would give her a 20 star rating if it were possible - she supervised every step of the process, always taking time to explain and answer questions and guaranteed, she's one of the nicest people you'll ever meet:=) Though there are many commercials advertising lower cost options for teeth streighting than Invisalign, the high level of care I received every few weeks from Dr. El-Maasri was well worth any price difference. The old adage proves to be true once again, you really do get what you pay for! read more

This dentist office is THE BEST I have EVER been to! I have had to have quite a bit of work done that requires shots, and each time it would be a "bad one" they had someone come and hold my hand for me to help ease my mind. They have given me calming lotions & herbal roll-ons to help ease my anxiety. They will literally do anything to make you more comfortable, including a nice warm fuzzy blanket!! I have never had a better experience at a dental office than here. In fact I have been there 3 times so far this year and I have had a great experience each time. They have a referral plan too so you can let everyone know and it will benefit you and that referral! read more

This team is amazing! Both doctors are great but my mom and I go to "Dr. M" most of the time. Would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist. read more

I always have a good experience when I come in. I never have to wait and they get you back in within a few days or even day of for additional work. I usually get the same person cleaning my teeth every time which is nice. Have been coming for a few years and don't plan on changing. read more

This place is the best. My mom is wheelchair bound and they were so accommodating! I would recommend Dr. Hopper to anyone who needs a little extra demtal tlc! read more

I have had nothing but the best experience with this office. They even called to check in a few days after a procedure to make sure I was not having any pain. Its clean and professional and they care about their patients. Absolutely would recommend this office! read more

So far I have made 2 visits to this office and I can't even begin to describe how welcoming, calm, and relaxing, YES RELAXING, this place is. Each visit, they made sure I was comfortable. I have very sensitive teeth, especially to cold water. When I mentioned the last dentist I went to used ice cold water during my teeth cleaning, and how painful it was, they made sure that did not happen with them. I will recommend ALL of my friends and family here. Thank you so much turning my fear of the dentist into a something I'm actually looking forward to. Thank you Dr. El-Maasri!! read more

Dr. Al Maasri and her team are highly professional and caring to every detail. Love it there ..

If you're nervous about coming to the dentist, Rocklin Smiles is the best place for you. My husband and I moved to Rocklin 10 years ago from Salinas and continued driving back down there to our old dentist because I was afraid of finding a new one. Well, we discovered Rocklin Smiles and couldn't be happier. Both dentists are wonderful and the entire office staff is so friendly. I felt like they all truly cared for us. We won't be driving down to Salinas any more. I would recommend Rocklin Smiles to anyone. read more

I have been going to Dr. Hopper for over 20 years and he seems to always be on top of technology to help his patients have a great experience. Nikki did my cleaning yesterday she always makes a trip to the dentist great, (even if she tells me I need more work done). With Dr. Hopper a trip to the dentist is not as scary as it was with some of my other dentists. read more

First I want to say I've been going to Dr Dan and Dr Jeannine for many years. They have have always provided me with great cleanings/check-ups. About a year ago they were having an Invisalyn promotion. I've been wanting braces for years. I had been coming in to see Dr Jeannine for regular checks on the braces. She and her team are always pleasant to talk to. A couple of weeks ago, I finally got rid of my last pair of braces. All I can say is WOW! My teeth look amazing. Thank you! read more

I have been seeing Doctor Hopper for 17 years. Everyone from the staff to the hygienists to the doctors treat you with compassion, care and empathy. They are always upfront with billing and do what is in your best interests! I have referred many friends and family there. They also raced about a great experience. read more

I'm so glad my friend referred me to see Dr. Hopper and his crew! Most friendly and caring professionals I've ever met. Not to mention how cool it was to experience the whole crown-making-process. Yes, Dr. Hopper designs and makes the crown there at the spot! read more

Dr. Hopper is one of the most companionate medical professionals I have met in my 62 years. He is the ONLY reason I am taking care of my teeth. I have extreme anxiety with dental procedures & meeting him and his staff has allowed me to obtain the dental health to the degree possible. Thank you Rocklin Smiles & Dr. Hopper for who you have become to me. read more

I have just undergone one of the longest battles with my teeth EVER. If it hadn't been for the early detection and wonderful care I received from Dr. El Masseri, I don't think I would be in the great shape I'm in. I have been going to this practice for over 16 years and appreciate the honest and straight forward approach Dr. E. has given me. My hygenist, Nikki is phenomenal. She is gental, thorough and extremely professional. I have recommended friends and family to both Dr. E and to Nikki, they are the BEST! read more

This is an incredible dentist office. All the people there treat me like a king. They are extremely good at what they do and thier customer care is far above anything that I've ever experienced. I highly recommend this dentist office. read more

I had a dental emergency and was referred to Dr. El-Maasri by my coworker. They got me in the same day and also got me off to my referral right after I was seen there! This has been by far the best dental care I've ever received!! I have found my new dental office!! read more

Highly recommend!!! We moved to Reno a couple years ago and had to find a new dentist. After several horrible experiences at the Reno dentist we now make the drive back to Rocklin to visit Dr. El-Maasri, hygienist Nikki, RDA Kendell, and the rest of the wonderful staff at Rocklin Smiles. Both my husband and I love the team here and are thankful for the great care they provide! read more

I once loved coming here and always had a positive experience. That was until recently. Once Dr. El-Maasari took over the quality of care has gone down. She's done fillings for me which were done poorly and I had to go in to have my bite adjusted and I still had problems with it a year later. On top of that Holly is one of the worst and most annoying hygienists I've dealt with. She never flossed my teeth both times she's done my cleaning. After I had seen her last year and went back 6 months later I was asked if she had mentioned that my teeth needed some work done. I was never told anything about it. Her communication is not there all she can do is constantly say "just kidding" after she says something. I may give it a few more chances but it's not worth the drive for me to have subpar service. read more

Don't let Dr El-Maasri fool you with her beauty! She is one of the most skilled dentist that I have ever been to and I have lived in 7 states in my 65 years! Dr E has replaced old crowns, done my veneers and not because I wanted to, but because I had to, 3 implants! She makes it easy with her care as if I am family.. I appreciate her so much along with the pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Many dentist offices work hard for their reviews these days. Dr El-Maasri and the staff are deserving of every positive word! read more

I have been coming here for about for years and they have done a good job. The staff is friendly and sweet. But when I need to have some crown done that's where I started having issues. They said to give it a couple months so the pain will go away. I gave it eight months and The pain is still there. They are willing to fix it but because it's been so long I am kind of scared to go back and don't feel like having any dentist in my mouth right now. Going to make an appointment so hopefully it can be resolved and then I will have to change my review if it's successful. Not happy right now and haven't been for over a year. Tooth pain sucks. read more
