I came into the office feeling self conscious due to a fake tooth being broken and Dr. Robison made sure to come up with a solution for me. This was the first dentist in years that was able to finally help me with my situation. Him and his team were right on it ASAP and got the lab to make me another one. I just got it put in yesterday and I can say with confidence that I am walking out feeling like myself again, like I can finally smile again. Dr. Robison and his team are absolutely phenomenal! I would recommend them 150% without hesitation. Dr. Robison and Robin went above and beyond, coming into the office on their regular day off to take care of my dental emergency. On a Thursday evening, while flossing, my front crown unexpectedly popped right out--no pain, no warning, but definitely a big hit to my self-esteem. I messaged Dr. Robison that night, and he immediately assured me he'd take care of it. By the next morning, I had an appointment. Easy peasy--they took x-rays, inspected the crown, and had it perfectly set back in. It's humbling to realize how much our smile means to us. Thanks to Dr. Robison and Robin, I can now attend my 20-year deployment reunion tomorrow with confidence, ready to share memories and smiles with friends. A little background: I first met Dr. Robison in my military unit last year, where he provides exceptional dental care to Soldiers and is highly respected as an officer. NO PAIN!!! They used some sort of topical to numb the area before they even gave me the normal numbing shot! I didn't feel a thing. I have never been to a Dentist that did anything like that - absolutely no pain at all. Elise, Katrina and Dr. Robison were amazing. I had to have a cavity taken care of and the folks at Rocklin Dental were wonderful. The Admin staff up front answered all of my many insurance questions. I could go on and on about my wonderful experience with this dentist. I have a dentist in Tahoe (where I am from) that I love and I would always drive there for dental work; however, with my current schedule I can't make that work and needed a local dentist. I have tried a few and have some hilarious and unfortunate experiences I won't bore you with. I took my time and shopped around online and read reviews!!! This office has great reviews and now I know why! The staff is kind and inviting. I was a few minutes late to my appointment and although it may have set them back a bit they did not show me anything but accommodation, kindness and quality care. The office is clean and welcoming. I enjoy the TV on the ceiling you can watch while they work on your teeth. Such a nice touch. The Dr. came and introduced himself to me and told me a little about himself and asked me about myself. This made me feel so cared about as a patient and more than just a number. He is a veteran (which I'm happy to support the business of a veteran) and he expressed that dentistry is his passion. He said he loves what he does and I can tell, it translates through his communication and quality work. Also the morale of the office is great. You can tell everyone gets along, cares about each other, laughs and communicates well. Regarding my teeth, Dr listened to my concerns. I told him about some pain I have been having as well as my cosmetic goals. He was knowledgeable and talked me through my options. I felt listened to and understood with my goals and cared about with the options provided regarding my current cavities. I did not feel upsold or talked over. My feelings and concerns were validated and acknowledged. My insurance is accepted here and for the 3 fillings and cosmetic work my cost out of pocket was very low (although I'm sure this relates heavily on my insurance). I just left feeling as though I was truly cared about. I would happily recommend this office to friends and family!!! These are the types of businesses we all want to support in life! I've been going to Rocklin Dental for at least 10 years and their customer service has never waned. They're under new leadership with Dr. Robison and I've received great care from him. He's fixed two of my fillings, one was just done about an hour earlier. I was really grateful that they had an opening today after I chipped my tooth. It was done in less than an hour. He's also done my daughter's filling and you didn't hear one peep from her. He's very professional, very personable, and he takes care to make sure that you're satisfied with the service. I first meet Dr Robinson 6 months ago and I had a problem with my left Molar . He figured out why was gave pain there when no other dentist could figure it out and now I am pain free. Dr. Jim and his staff were incredibly welcoming to my first visit and beyond. Doctor took the time to explain what he was going to do and set forth a game plan we both agreed on. He also was able to offer an alignment plan and teeth whitening to me, which was so nice to see at a dental office instead of going to an orthodontist in addition to the twice yearly dental appointments. An additional thing I noticed (and loved) was he took the time to put his patients nerves at ease, he had TVs mounted to the ceiling so patients could watch which ever show they choose while having dental work done. This office is Outstanding, I came back for my second visit and the office had a completely new remodel, with new office decor and furniture, it was very welcoming. I really love the new look of the office. Stephanie the office manager was super helpful, I was very grateful to get a last minute hygiene appointment with a same day cancellation. Stephanie was great about getting me accommodated, and was very friendly and professional. I saw the Hygienest Kayla who gave me a very relaxing and very thorough cleaning. It was great seeing her again. She is very friendly, and excellent at what she does. I also got to see Dr Robison who is a friendly, and caring dentist who truly cares about his patients. I have been very self conscious about my front teeth, due to trauma I sustained on a front tooth several years ago. Dr. Robison took his time to come up with a great cosmetic treatment plan for me, that really made sense, and I'm very excited to feel more confident with my smile.
