This office is now known as " Creekside endodontics." I was sent here by the VA for a root canal. Communications was very good considering my appointment. They wanted me to come in on February 2, but I couldn't make it that day, they were able to get me in the very next day. The first person I saw, was Lisa in the front office. Very friendly, very helpful, she had me fill out the forms on a computer, instead of the old-fashioned on paper. If I had any questions, she was right there to answer them for me. Doctor Wong's assistant, Vanessa, then came to take me back to the room. I was nervous as heck, but she was very understanding. We did the x-rays, and then I was taken back to the treatment room. I asked if nitrous oxide was available, because I was extremely nervous. I've always been a little "Denta - phobic." she checked, but unfortunately, it wasn't covered by the VA. Fortunately, I had my phone with music on it. Dr. Wong comes in, and explains exactly what's going to happen, he could tell I was extremely nervous, but again, he was very understanding and very patient. He made sure I was totally numbed up. When I got into the chair, they not only gave me a pillow under my legs, but they also gave me one for my head. They made sure I was very comfortable. I put on some easy listening, music, my hearing aids, have a Bluetooth so I could listen to the music, and they went to work. The procedure went extremely well. He told me that I would be in the chair for about an hour, but it didn't seem like that at all. I must've actually fallen asleep in the chair, it went so well. Fortunately, they gave me a bite block, so I didn't have to worry about my mouth closing. Lol. Before I knew it, we were done. The doctor explained the aftercare to me, they gave me a sheet of paper on what to expect, and I was out the door. I was in the office for a total of about two hours, but again it didn't seem like that at all. Everybody was friendly, helpful, patient, and understanding. If the VA sends me in for another treatment, I hope they send me here again. Thank you! read more

Had a emergency and fit my son in same day. Very nice and helpful. Highly recommend Dr. Wong.

Dr. Clifford Wong and his team at Aloha Endodontics bring the peaceful, calm and loving culture of the beautiful Hawaiian Islands into the office and into every dental suite. Compete with audible Hawaiian music, the patient experience at Aloha Endodontics is best described as nothing short of relaxing and pleasant. Whether coming for advanced imaging or complex root canal procedures, at Aloha Endodontics the service is superb and the experience is great. There is no finer Endodontic specialist in the region, and there really is no other dental specialist that I have so thoroughly enjoyed being in the chair with ever. Aloha! read more

I was petrified of needing a root canal and I was pleasantly surprised that I was asleep the whole time! No pain!!

I had a root canal by dr.wong last week with local anesthesia and it went well. I had minimal pain after the procedure I didn't even need to take motrin at all. His office staff are attentive and caring. I highly recommend his office its the best experience I've had for a root canal. read more

Let me put it this way......the only thing that I got from my Dad was his bad teeth and his big feet so the first thing I do when I move to a new area is find the best Endodontist I can. I have lived in the Roseville/Rocklin area for about 8 years and have had 21/2 root canals all performed by Dr. Wong and all successful. I say 21/2 because as the Dr. was working on one tooth he told me that he couldn't save it and it needed to be replaced. That is a different subject (implant which I have had several) for another time. It was good that he told me because he could have worked on the tooth longer and charged more and it would not have turned out well. I have had 2 Endodontists in the S.F. Bay area and 1 in Southern California so unfortunately I have had a lot of experience in this area and I can tell you that Dr. Wong is at the top of my Endo. list. Like others have said the office staff is just great and the assistants to the Dr. could not be better. When the Dr. is working on you the assistants know exactly what to do before the Dr. makes his next move. If you must see an Endo. Dr. Wong should be your first choice! but please just leave an appointment open for me......because you never know when I will be in for the next one. PS....Dr. Wong is Aloha Endodontics read more

I was very impressed with Dr. Wong and all his staff. Like most people, I have anxiety going to the dentist. Dr. Wong was gentle and very skilled in the procedures I had done. Dr. Wong and his staff were amazing and reduced my anxiety to make my visits as pleasant as possible. I actually look forward to going back for other procedures. I felt comfortable that I was in good hands. In fact, I didn't feel like I had a mouth full of fingers and dental instruments, rather gentle and so very skillful that I wondered if he was actually working on my teeth at times. A good experience. Dr. Wong and his assistant were very informative and talked with me about the questions I had. They provided me with the most comfort as possible such as a pillow for my knees, offered a blanket, provided soothing fragrant oil during the procedure which helped so much. The relaxing Hawaiian music is soothing and their office is so clean and beautifully decorated. All the staff were very kind, personable, and very accommodating. read more

Can't say enough about Dr. Wong. I have a VERY difficult time getting numb. Most dentists just want me to power through the pain. NOT Dr. Wong. He spent so much time getting me numb. After each injection of novacaine, which I DID NOT even feel, he checked to see if the tooth was numb. He didn't even begin the procedure until I no longer felt any sensation in my tooth. He did this by testing with a cold substance, not drilling. I used IV sedation the first time I saw Dr. Wong. However, the second time that was not an option due to scheduling. Yesterday, I only used an oral sedative and did great. NO pain from start to finish (numbing included.) Simply put, Dr. Wong is a Master at his trade! read more

I went to Dr. Wong because he is "in network" for CIGNA insurance. My experience was excellent. Pain free root canal and excellent staff.

Outstanding. Perfectly outstanding. I told Dr. Wong that he would have to seriously drug me to get me through my first root canal. I am embarrassed to admit I woke myself up twice by snoring. I am terrified of dentists. Never a single moment of pain, I was sufficiently stoned to not care, everyone was professional and understanding. I cannot say enough good things about his practice. read more

Outstanding! I found Dr Wong randomly after i had a botched root canal. Dr Wong is awesome. He fixed my root canal, he is genuinely concerned about his patients and a great guy. Tammy is also awesome and really goes out of her way to help you, whatever the issue may be. I really can't say enough about Aloha Endodonics. So many dentists/doctors out there are only concerned about how much cash they can get out of you, but Dr Wong is NOT one of those people. If you need a root canal, this is the ONLY place you should go to. ~Joanna read more

A week ago today, I had a root canal at Dr. Wong's office, with an IV sedation administered by Dr. Fisher. I have to say this was the best dental experience I've ever had; from an extremely efficient, helpful, and friendly staff, to an amazing dentist who explained everything so I could understand it, to Dr. Fisher who helped ease my stress level; it was overall the best dental experience I've ever had. To this date, one week later, i literally have had no pain or discomfort, not even one Tylenol. Thank you so much for all your help and professionalism; so very hard to find anywhere these days but very much appreciated by me. I highly recommend this group whenever you need specific dental care. Beverly Mowry Lincoln read more

Wow! So Impressed with Dr. Clifford Wong! Thanks to his determination and skill, I'm not going to lose my tooth! Excited and relieved beyond belief! You guys are awesome! A million thanks! read more

The practice Clifford Wong is very patient friendly. From initially walking in to the time you leave you are treated with courtesy and respect. Your comfort and ease is their top priority. The work I had done was painless and Dr. Wong is definitely a pro. He shakes your hand upon first meeting and again when you leave. I immediately felt at ease and an hour later I left feeling I had the best treatment available. More offices and professionals should be like this. I would recommend this practice to anyone. read more

My dentist felt my tooth was likely lost and was doubtful an endodontist would be able to fix it and told me to see an oral surgeon for an implant. I really did not want an implant and saw Dr Wong. The staff and Dr Wong are very nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating. His office is supplied with modern equipment and Dr Wong is extremely skilled and was able to save my tooth! I am so happy I don't need an implant. I would recommend Dr Wong and his office highly. read more

Well I see that everyone else has already written Dr Wong's praises. I won't try and out do them. I will simply say that they are all telling the truth. I am a 250 lb baby when it comes to my mouth and I had to visit Dr Wong for my first root canal. Painless. I don't think I will be able to go anywhere else for a root canal after going to see Dr Wong. And the staff is awesome, the office is great. Highly recommend Dr Wong and his staff!! read more

The nicest office I have ever been to! The reception area is clean and well decorated. The office staff is extremely friendly. They were able to get me an appointment the day after I called, which is unheard of given the holidays. I arrived early and they took me back early to a massage chair with a wonderful ocean painting to look at. I wasn't there long and was taken to an exam area. The assistant and doctor were very friendly and helpful. They allowed me to pay cash (as I have no insurance until 1/1) and knocked the price down. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, especially given the excruciating tooth pain! read more

Dr. Wong did my root canal before the end of the year. I was in so much pain, but Dr. Wong was so gentle and good. He put me at ease and out of pain right away. Going back in tomorrow for him to complete my work. He is the best endodontist. If u need a root canal, he is your guy. read more

Extremely friendly and professional staff. Barbara was very patient and persistent in resolving issues with my new dental insurance policy. Terri and Dr Wong's gentle nature was only topped by their knowledge and skill. Only thing I wish is that I could go there for standard dental work. The entire atmosphere and staff all made my root canal a breeze. I would recommend highly Aloha especially for anyone that gets a bit nervous as they are reassuringly attentive. read more

Barbara is great. But Dr. Wong is fantastic. He has a super gentle touch. When he first did an xray of my tooth he thought I only had 4 roots. They quoted me a price. Well I had 5 roots and had to come back an extra time to get the last one out. He did not charge me for that extra visit. read more
