They wanted me to come in on February 2, but I couldn't make it that day, they were able to get me in the very next day. The first person I saw, was Lisa in the front office. Very friendly, very helpful, she had me fill out the forms on a computer, instead of the old-fashioned on paper. If I had any questions, she was right there to answer them for me. Doctor Wong's assistant, Vanessa, then came to take me back to the room. I was nervous as heck, but she was very understanding. We did the x-rays, and then I was taken back to the treatment room. I asked if nitrous oxide was available, because I was extremely nervous. I've always been a little "Denta - phobic." she checked, but unfortunately, it wasn't covered by the VA. Fortunately, I had my phone with music on it. Dr. Wong comes in, and explains exactly what's going to happen, he could tell I was extremely nervous, but again, he was very understanding and very patient. He made sure I was totally numbed up. When I got into the chair, they not only gave me a pillow under my legs, but they also gave me one for my head. They made sure I was very comfortable. I put on some easy listening, music, my hearing aids, have a Bluetooth so I could listen to the music, and they went to work. The procedure went extremely well. He told me that I would be in the chair for about an hour, but it didn't seem like that at all. I must've actually fallen asleep in the chair, it went so well. Fortunately, they gave me a bite block, so I didn't have to worry about my mouth closing. Lol. Before I knew it, we were done. The doctor explained the aftercare to me, they gave me a sheet of paper on what to expect, and I was out the door. I was in the office for a total of about two hours, but again it didn't seem like that at all. Everybody was friendly, helpful, patient, and understanding. If the VA sends me in for another treatment, I hope they send me here again. Thank you!

I didn't need a root canal back seven years ago but now I do! I'm in pain and they were able to fit me in quite quickly. I was put on stand by per my request. I was seen within a week and Dr Javahari was my Endo. He did a wonderful job of keeping me at ease. I'm not afraid of root canals and I usually fall asleep when I have dental work. Anyways, Dr Javahari was so quick and thorough, I didn't get a chance to sleep. I appreciate him being able to squeeze me in on the same day I came in!

Dr, Antrobus took the time to explain how the procedure would be performed, the estimated time for it to be done (30 minutes in my case) and what to expect afterwards. Day of surgery, I chose to get a local anesthetic rather than be sedated which was an excellent decision. During the procedure he explained what he was doing, what to expect and, before I knew it, the tooth was out! I can honestly say, I've had fillings/root canals that took longer. Within 24 hours, the healing had progressed to where I had zero pain (in my case) by he second day following the procedure. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Antrobus to anyone without hesitation. On a Thursday evening, while flossing, my front crown unexpectedly popped right out--no pain, no warning, but definitely a big hit to my self-esteem. I messaged Dr. Robison that night, and he immediately assured me he'd take care of it. By the next morning, I had an appointment.
