Hands down the best experience I've ever had with a dentist! Let me just say I have been dealing with ortho for almost a decade, and I have been rode hard and put away wet as they would say when it came to orthodontist . With all the treatment that I've received, I can say I have never been more satisfied with an experience than the one I've had at this office . They went above and beyond, especially with the fact that I was basically traumatized from previous experiences. Dr. Crawford took the time to thoroughly explain everything I needed to correct my smile. His staff even watched my nine-month-old daughter while I got my treatment done so that I wouldn't have to come back and put her in daycare. Definitely price gouging! Had only needed Invisiline 10 weeks after they said no to braces for 1 tooth that was SLIGHTLY out of place from years of perfect teeth) and they charged me $5000!! Well above the average 2 years of braces for the worst of teeth at $3600! They lure you in and if you have a good job- they gouge you! The sad thing with Invisiline- Crawford didn't do a dang thing!!! I hear this more and more with their practice. read more

Went in for a consult for my son, we had two other consults lined up in the coming weeks..we were swiftly pushed into signing the agreement and starting the work right away. I can't remember if the same day or we came back a day or two later but they did impressions and put in spacers and told us to they would call after the Holidays as it would likely take longer than usual to make the spacer they had ordered. In the meantime, I went to the another consult as I felt way too rushed and wanted to confirm that I was making the right choice for my son (since all his baby teeth haven't loosened yet) long story short the other two orthos I went to both said they would wait a little longer for the adult teeth to start to come in and both suggested waiting a year. With that news and a family emergency that took us out of the area for a while, I called and asked them to pause/cancel the treatment (this was done during the holiday break). I was told that they would put everything on hold til I tell them to continue. I found out that they have already charged my insurance for the full treatment and had begun deducting payments from my checking account. I had refuted the payment with my bank and had it reversed. I decided not to move forward as it made sense to wait. I called and said that I would like to cancel treatment all together. I was told i didn't owe anything since the product was never made and that I would just have to fill out cancellation paperwork that they would email me. Life got busy and about a week or two Later I realize I never got the paperwork so I called, no answer and left a voicemail. Next day, I emailed and then someone responded and sent me the cancellation paperwork about a day or two later, which I signed. I thought that was the end...until I saw the recurring charges on my bank statements. I called and talked to the financial advisor who said that I still owe for the product made and when I said when I called to cancel the lady said it was never made. She put me on hold and said they were mistaken and the product was made and that I owe $700. I told her I don't mind paying if I can have the product. She said I can't use it as it needs to be put in and fitted by a professional and I agreed but had doubts it was ever made. She said they don't have it anymore as they threw it away. At this point, it hasn't been month since I cancelled! I told her I don't have a problem paying if I can see the product as I don't see why I would pay anything for a service or product that we never received. She said she understood and would look into it. In the meantime, I had been paying and when the $700 was paid I thought the deductions would stop but they took two more payments til I disbursed them with my bank. Mind you still no product. Now they have placed me in collections and am being harassed by them. I was kind enough to pay as most told me I shouldn't have (including other orthos, that say you cancelled well in advance) and now this is ridiculous. Bottom line, I should've went with my gut and got the second opinions before signing. I know others that go here and they all say they were rushed into signing/treatment as well. What an amazing place to receive orthodontic treatment! I visited Dr Crawford's office today for the first time with an orthodontic issue that needed attention. I am traveling during the holidays and am far from home and needed to be seen asap. Dr Crawford's very sweet and professional staff were able to get me in the same day. Shortly after I arrived, they took me back and fixed/repaired my orthodontic issue. Awe, no more pain!!! If I lived close they would be my place for orthodontics. Just as an FYI, I am an RN, have have had braces and husband and both kids have had braces. Good Patient care and close attention to detail is of utmost importance to me. Refused to finish my mother's treatment, refused to make her retainers at the end of her treatment. Called and emailed them to take payment out of FSA that was going to renew in January, no one responded to my calls, emails, texts. Had to send the payment via my FSA card as a payment to provider. Emailed them again in January to ask that they deduct payments from FSA card they never processed any payments, again no response to emails, calls or texts. Payments went unmade despite them having my card info and authorization to charge. This office never returned calls. They'd call and leave messages but never have someone in particular to talk to, just threw around random names. They treated my entire family but for some reason stopped giving my mother the care they promised her. Late January she and I were in a horrific car accident and she almost died. I emailed and called them again because by this point they were sending me nasty letters with threats to discontinue her treatment if I didn't call them, there were no numbers or names of a person with whom to get ahold of and fix this. Kept calling them, emailing and texting to pay off entire balance but no response, yet the nasty letters kept coming. I'd call the office number and was always promised a call back but nothing. Now they sent my mother to collections, have completed denied her any further treatment but have been deducting money from my FSA card for her account. But they're claiming we haven't paid them. I'm so sad and disappointed with this office. Literally my entire family has come to them for ortho care and they do this to my mother. Now she can't have her final treatment and is in collections after being hospitalized for a week after our accident with broken bones. So very upsetting. FYI, don't expect too much from this place. Just go somewhere else unless you want to end up in collections for no reason. read more

I have twin daughters and both needed braces. We have started with one daughter first, I was dreading the appointments and process as a whole. However, since the beginning we have felt so welcomed and taken care of. Everything was thoroughly explained, treatment plan made sense and financial plan was accommodated. Have twin boys and Dr Crawford has been doing check ups on them to make sure everything tooth wise is looking good. Had an appointment last week and one son was ready for braces. They put them on in less than an hour. Dr Crawford explained the course of treatment and the office staff helped me work out the payments. No interested for 24 months made payment very affordable.
