With all the treatment that I've received, I can say I have never been more satisfied with an experience than the one I've had at this office . They went above and beyond, especially with the fact that I was basically traumatized from previous experiences. Dr. Crawford took the time to thoroughly explain everything I needed to correct my smile. His staff even watched my nine-month-old daughter while I got my treatment done so that I wouldn't have to come back and put her in daycare. Everyone was super friendly and so professional I'd highly recommend this office for orthodontic services .

Reason for visit was my son fell on his gum and I figured just get both of them seen. When being taken back into the office they sat my 2 year olds in seperate chairs at the same time so I couldn't comfort either. Then there was no conversation about why I was there for the children. Just "is fluoride ok?" Then the dental assistant began brushing my son's top teeth/gum where the trauma is. I asked her to stop and had to tell her about it because she didn't even look at his teeth before scrubbing. Or her notes. I ended up walking out due to the lack of organization and level of care. Also there's no front desk lady. Just a remote worker on a screen.

When I arrived, I realized I'd gone to a different clinic, but since I was already there, I decided to stay. Penelope welcomed me like family, and the modest lobby with a lovely aquarium really helped calm my nerves. The highlight? The hygienist was also super friendly, and the lady who scheduled my follow-up with specialists was so organized.
