I can not even begin to tell you of the Care and great experience I've had with the Dr. Hermo and her staff. I've been a patient since 2020, and I thank God I found her. She not only makes sure you're well taken care of and welcomes you in a caring, sincere way. She reassures you that if anything is needed, just call, and she'll assist or recommend what's needed. The assistant Dentist is great as well. She was very attentive to detail of what is going on with my teeth, and if more is needed, she helps Dr. Hermo accessed all issues or concerns. Front desk/customer service is awful here. I drove 45 min for an appointment and I get there and they tell me they cancelled it because I didnt confirm it, come to find out they have both my email and phone number on file wrong, so there was no way for me to confirm the appointment anyways. I'd love to give this place five stars as my initial experience was great. Friendly people and professional service. Everything took a dive recently. I needed a root canal. Once it was approved it was a bit difficult to lock in a date. I travel often and appointments can be hard to match up. No fault to the Dentist. Recently I found myself in the country for an extended period. I called up and was told my authorization needed to be renewed. I understand that this is a bit of a hassle. Nonetheless it's part of doing business. I was told in a fairly cold manner to find another dentist. Which is not too simple. So here I am with a rotting tooth that could have been fixed but wasn't. They ignore my text messages and calls. I was a good patient. Showed up early for every appointment. Had to put off my root Canal once and canceled it days out because I was in Brazil and my trip was extended. I canceled over text which didn't seem to work so I called them two days before. I'd hardly call myself a difficult patient. This Dental business is putting my health at risk with zero explanation. Extremely rude and shows zero regard for patients. I really liked the staff there and I hate to write this. But the public needs to know and avoid being treated this way. read more

I received such great dental services from Tooth Spa. All the workers are so kind and welcoming. Asides from the usual dental cleanings, I cannot emphasize enough how satisfied I am with my clear correct treatment. For those who are not familiar with it, it is basically Invisalign. Dr. Hermo and the staff were super helpful and accommodating during my clear correct journey. Personally, I saw quick results and was very pleased with the process. Dr. Hermo took her time and put in lots of care in making sure my teeth were taken care of. I had a mishap where I misplaced one of my trays and they were able to order a replacement for me in no time! I am just about done with my clear correct treatment and extremely satisfied with how my teeth look. I'd I could give a 0 Star I would! I thought this place was great until 1 year later the tooth the dentist performed a root canal on broke and the bridge fell out. She was rude and disrespectful that she had to fix the broken tooth and bridge. She hammered in a post of some sort into the broken tooth and pushed and used some type of tool to basically hammer the bridge over the newly fixed tooth... the bridge no longer fit over any of my teeth exposing the tooth she completely damaged. When I reached out letting the dentist know my teeth are now sensitive and I was concerned with the poor workmanship. She said use sensitive toothpaste and it will go away. Nope. I will have to have two implants because of her negligence and she doesn't care. I have asked for my money back and she is now stating to come in and sign a waiver. I work in the health insurance industry and I am warning all consumers beware! This is now costing me thousands of dollars to have a oral surgeon fix her mistake. I was advised this was not done by me but by the dentist that performed the work on my teeth and bridge. read more

I do not recommend Tooth Spa Dentistry. I was interested in Invisalign. I made an appointment and was there for over and hour and a half while they took the images of my teeth. It took a long time because staff was having issues with the imaging equipment. I never heard back. I called and I was asked to return and that they would take the images again. I went back and they took images again. This time it took about an hour. I was ghosted by Tooth Spa Dentistry again. I called again. This time I spoke to the dentist. She said she didn't think I was a candidate for Invisalign. I told her it was unprofessional that nobody reached out to me to tell me this. She said she would review my images again and get back to me. Months later, still ghosted. No call - nothing. They wasted my time twice taking the images. In addition, I signed up for FSA from my work for a large amount anticipating the copay. I'm stuck now trying to spend a large amount of money. This is unprofessional and a poor way to do business. read more

My experience over the years with dental offices has been across the board. It seems they either pressure you to purchase a gambit of high-cost services that may or may not be needed at that time, or they do the bare minimum at a lower cost and hurry their work to get you out of there as soon as possible. That is not the case here! Upon my first visit to the Tooth Spa Dentistry, Dr. Hermo and her staff took exceptional care of me at a very reasonable cost! They took x-rays, performed a cleaning, and offered a realistic dental plan I knew I could trust. I had a filling that needed to be re-done after only 2 years from another dental practice, (it was the worst filling I had ever had!) and they took an extra x-ray just to be sure. They also set a plan in place to provide me with a long-needed crown! I had to reschedule my appointment a couple of times (which inconveniences their workflow) and they couldn't have been more professional or more accommodating! Once the work was done, I was amazed at the results!! The work they did for me was stellar!! The temporary crown lasted almost a month without a hiccup, and the permanent crown was matched in color and fit perfectly to the rest of my teeth. They took their time each time and I can honestly say that I have never received better dental care!! I am so grateful to have found Dr. Hermo, and her exceptional staff!! They deserve all the respect in the world!! read more

The "dentist" person because honestly I wouldn't call her that, was extremely unprofessional, she chipped an old filling and did not tell me or fix it, she let me go home with a numb mouth and discover later that she had done this to my tooth. I have been a very satisfied customer. I go to Dr, Irene and Angel since they opened. 3 years ago if I'm not wrong. They not only always performed everything perfectly that I needed, but also made easier and less painful any procedure that I've done. Since a simple whitening or cleaning, to a complicated root canal (which can be painful, but thank god and them, it was not). Overall, the best experience since Calling to book an appointment with Liz or Casey, all the support from Tyty, following up... and of course, the procedures performed by this amazing ladies, Irene and Angelica. The dentist did a filling for a very deep cavity that I ended up having to go back to my former dentist to have it redone. My former dentist found a ton of decay left under the filling that was done at the tooth spa dentistry. He showed me photos of this when he redid the filling. Because of having so much decay left in my tooth I ended up having to have a root canal as I had unbearable pain so bad I had to fly home from my vacation early for an emergency root canal procedure. I had to go to a specialist to have the root canal done. I ended up having a total of 8 appointments. Most of the appointments were not covered by insurance. I was traumatized by this experience and so I do not recommend the tooth spa Dentistry. read more

Everyone there is always happy and fun to talk to. The dentist has given me great tips on taking care of my teeth. Had a tooth extracted and they did an amazing job and a couple fillings. What pleasant and sincere service these ladies provide. I have had horror experiences at dentists in the past, which give me severe anxiety when I get any dental work done. The practitioners and receptionists were all very gentle and accommodating with me, doing their upmost to make me feel relaxed. I was also impressed with how much of the billing and treatment plans they explained to me in advance, so I could make an informed decision how to proceed. I had an issue with staff that sent me looking for another Dentist. I visited two local dentists - one wanted to sell me $17,000 of veneers and the office staff failed to provide the treatment plan for two weeks and the other did a new patient bait and switch and wanted to refer me to a periodontist without an exam. So, notwithstanding my tantrum, Dr. Hermo allowed me to return with apologies to the receptionist. I came her last year for a chipped tooth. They took such great care of me that when I got dental insurance I came back. I'm leaving my visit feeling so positive and my teeth look great. They talked me through everything they were doing. I have some cavities that I need fixed and they were so kind to explain them all. The people here actually care about you and want to see you feeling great! They also take the tricare dental insurance which is awesome. If you are someone with a fear of the dentist you need to come here. They set you at ease and truly make you feel good. I would recommend this place to everyone! They also play great music in the office which really distracted me from the fact that they were working on my teeth!!!! read more

Unfortunately, my experience was terrible. I called twice and gave the receptionist both mine and my daughters insurance card information. Then I called the morning of my appointment and she had no record of my daughters information nor an appointment for my daughter. The receptionist then stated she could add her onto my scheduled appointment, so when I came into the office, I stated my daughter would be rescheduling due to the timing as I did not want her to be shoved into my appointment time,since there is only one Dentist. Then the receptionist stated very rudely that she could charge a $50 cancellation fee, and I replied to her, you didn't even give her a correct appointment and I had called you twice with our information and you still could not find it. ( Complete Incompetence!). I replied that there are plenty of other Dentists out there to see. The receptionist then stated that she could drop us as patients and I was shocked and responded that this office atmosphere is not welcoming and that I am refusing to be seen at this office and will find another dentist. I never did get to see the Dentist, but as a front office presentation this woman is unprofessional and a complete idiot! I have been a registered dental assistant for over 20 years so I do know how a great dental office should be conducted and how customer service should be handled. Shame on her! You can not prejudge people and always need to be courteous, especially when the original issue was her incompetence. read more

I recently had experienced the worst toothache I've ever had, i called tooth spa and explained to Liz (who is beyond wonderful) that I was having pain and she told me to come in right away. When I walked in I immediately felt welcomed. I filled out a few things on the computer and was seen within 5 minutes. They took care of me and eased my pain. The staff is absolutely amazing. My dentist Mrs. Hermo is kind compassionate and dedicated to her work. When I came to see her I had broken teeth and other issues needing to be worked on and thanks to her I will finally have a smile I'm proud of.
