Fantastic team all around! If you're lucky enough, you'll have access to furry cuddles and play time with the resident pups.

Staff was so helpful fixing my son's glasses and making recommendations for contacts. Great selection of frames. We will be back.

Great service! Had a last minute contact emergency and they really helped me out. And gizmo the store mascot was super cute too!

I switched here after several years of not feeling great about the eye doctor that I was going to…read more Overall I feel like their staff are friendly and the service is good. I don't buy my contacts there because they're almost double the price of what I can buy them for at Costco. They will give you a printed prescription if you ask. My insurance now covers the $35 for the imaging of the back of my eye but even before it was covered it was well worth the $35 to not have half a day where I cannot see because I had my pupils dilated. I'm taking off a star because of a couple issues. I brought my glasses in to have the prescription read last year and it was never entered into my chart I was then told I would need to make an appointment to bring them in for a second time to have them read. It's really inconvenient to have to take off time from work for a mistake they made as they're not open on Saturdays. The second issue being that the eye doctor seemed really annoyed with me that I haven't gotten the new glasses she wants me to get. I have had the same glasses for about 10 years and don't feel I am having issues with seeing out of them--in fact I still wear them instead of my contacts if I am doing up close work like embroidery. When I asked if the new prescription was much different than the glasses I already have they were unable to tell me since they read and then didn't enter the prescription. They asked if I brought my glasses with me--why would I when I brought them last year? They also seemed annoyed that I am not wearing readers when I use the computer which I explained was because they give me a headache. I was told to use a lower power, which would only be available somewhere online, and should hold the lens up to light to see if they look distorted--hard to do when buying online. I decided not to explain that I had tried a couple different strengths and found they all gave me a headache. Just didn't sit super well with me to feel like I'm trying to explain I'm seeing well and I'm being told I just need to buy the new glasses and I have to wear readers. My parents had a similar feeling about their eye visits with the same eye doctor. I'll give them another shot but after that I'll ask to see someone else.

PRODUCT: First, their product selection is second to none. They have styles for anyone's taste - fun, practical, trendy, high fashion, you name it. As a result of their availability, I was able to find a pair of Ogi drill mounts that fit me wonderfully as well as a pair of polarized Kate Spade sunglasses (non-RX). CUSTOMER SERVICE: The optician that assisted me, Ben, has a natural talent for consultative sales. There was absolutely zero pressure involved and he helped me identify two products that genuinely fit my personality, appearance, and lifestyle. I was grateful that he was honest and as a result of his expertise I left with two pairs of eyewear that I can't wear enough. EYE EXAMS: I do not have experience with eye exams provided at Brandon Eyes. I usually purchase from an eyewear boutique in Milwaukee (which is where I live). My prescription from my original Doctor of Optometry was still current, but I wanted to try Brandon Eyes. Needless to say, my prescription was transferred (with no complications) to Brandon Eyes and I was able to buy eyewear. I suggest visiting Brandon Eyes for any eyewear need and ask for Ben, though I am confident that any of the employees will be able to help.

I've been here before for other "eye care", and have received excellent care. We don't get our glasses here. Their frames are a bit pricey for our taste. If you're into fancy name brands, you'll be happy. But they don't look down on me for taking that business elsewhere, which is nice. The online appointment system is messed up. For one thing, you feel like you're going to grab a time slot, but it really wants you to pick the best 3 slots for you, and they'll get back to you. I did that, but when they got back to me, they didn't have anything for a few weeks after what I had selected. They told me that the online booking system was inaccurate - they should probably just ditch that and put up a phone number (or, better yet, fix it). That all being said, I'll still get my eye care here - but they could improve some things.

I had hoped that a…read morelocal optometrist would offer a better experience than the typical Luxotica owned chain stores but we had just a "Meh" experience. From the time I scheduled the appointment to the actual appointment there were several checks on insurance coverage and payment, but not one question why I am making the appointments. I do undertstand the need to get paid for service but this should have tipped me off that the business has more of a transactional focus than a care focus. My appointment was with Dr. Kovacs and she was very professional and pleasant. Thorough, not rushed and explained everything. I would recommend her. The reception and sales staff on the other hand couldn't seem to be bothered. I had better service at the DMV. Very cold and unpleasant. Frankly, I could not wait to leave even though ordering glasses and contact lenses online or at another store is an inconvenience. Perhaps its because its a realtively new location or just lack of training. I do prefer working with local businesses but this expereince was unfortunately dissapointing.

And they called a week after I picked up my new glasses to make sure everything was still working well. So glad that we are now patients of this terrific place!
