For one thing, you feel like you're going to grab a time slot, but it really wants you to pick the best 3 slots for you, and they'll get back to you. I did that, but when they got back to me, they didn't have anything for a few weeks after what I had selected. They told me that the online booking system was inaccurate - they should probably just ditch that and put up a phone number (or, better yet, fix it). He assured me he would order the correct pair, and it would only take about another week to arrive. He once again told me he would call me to let me know when the new lenses arrived. I waited over another two weeks and had not heard anything. I called the store, only to be greeted by the same employee who sounded frantic when he realized he had not ordered my lenses. He told me they hadn't arrived yet and would let me know when they have. I'm over two months into this whole process and still don't have lenses to fit my frames. The employees at this location don't know what they're doing, and do not do their job correctly. Just save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else.

The first nice part about this shop is that it is open quite late and getting an appointment was easy with a quick phone call. Second, this shop has very high tech exam machines and I was able to get eye X rays (which has a fee but it's worth it). Before the eye exam, there is a pre-appointment room with 3-4 machines that takes a deeper look into your eyes. Third, the folks in this shop are very professional and nice. My doctor was very knowledgeable and very happy to answer all my questions. Finally, this place situated very nicely with lots of parking and access to other shops/restaurants.

My appointment was with Dr. Kovacs and she was very professional and pleasant. Thorough, not rushed and explained everything. I would recommend her. The reception and sales staff on the other hand couldn't seem to be bothered. I had better service at the DMV. Very cold and unpleasant. Frankly, I could not wait to leave even though ordering glasses and contact lenses online or at another store is an inconvenience.
