Not what it used to be where they were not in a hurry. Makes you feel like a number. The Dubuque location you get all through the prep and then you usually have to wait not just a few minute but wait. Seems maybe they overbooked themselves as they want as much money as possible. Be nice if they get back to the old way and sit down with you so you can ask questions instead of walking out the door and saying any questions let me know.
