We instructed her to ask for an MRI, which she did. She was told no way is he sending her for an MRI for just migraines, gave her pills and told her to take for the rest of your life. That was it. When she was back in NYC for Christmas break we took her to a neurologist here. Two serious issues were found on her scan, both of which we will be following up with in New York. I'll start by saying Dr. Benda's bedside manner while treating a very nervous 19 year old girl was atrocious. Shame on this situation and you Dr. Benda, do better for the people that place their trust in you.

Every time I walk in this place, I am greeted with a scowl! Today I was "scolded" because I was using the wrong type vinegar on my mask. I didn't know " cleansing" vinegar was bad. Everything is your fault at this place! My mask got a small tear in the light weight silicone within 6 weeks....will the company stand behind it? No way!! I should buy a new one, at $70 a crack every 2 months anyway. What a scam but what other options do I have? oh did I add I am paying for this all out of pocket because I haven't met my deductible and it would have cost my insurance company twice as much to pay for my equipment using their payment plan. If you can go elsewhere, do so!
