The rolling baskets look like a scrunchie of human hair is wrapped around every wheel. So gross. The clothes neither felt nor smelled clean and I swear it was a total waste of time and money. My issue just happened with the senior citizen that works there, I showed up at 7:30 PM, get to the door and it's locked, she tells me I can't wash my clothes. It says on the window last wash is 7:30 PM so I'm unsure of why I'm now inconvenienced, having to carry my clothes back up 3 flights of stairs, still dirty. All because that old woman is too lazy to sit down for an hour? Clearly she doesn't care for the customers or the business for that matter. She didn't mind sitting down when she had her boyfriend come and see her while she was working... very upsetting to me as this is the closest and cleanest laundromat to me but she has turned me completely off. I would have been done with my clothes by 9PM.

I had yelped different mats across town and this one came up 5 stars. So we drove here from Mount Clemens. They have all different types of washers. They range from 1-6 loads. Which is cool. I don't know that. And can get done quicker. It's clean and quiet. Has WIFI and a coin dispenser. Which that was another thing I was nervous about. I didnt have any quarters. They also have a machine where u can buy detergent and dryer sheets.

It honestly seems like all management does is collect the money from the machines and call it a day. I gave it one extra star because it's nice to be able to park (if possible) in the corner in front and sit in your car while watching your stuff in the dryer. (And you definitely might want to, I wouldn't risk sitting in their chairs.) I also appreciate that their website listed the prices of the machines. Honestly, their website is probably the nicest part of the entire place, go figure.

I found this one and tried it out based on the good reviews, and we were honestly blown away! The inside was so clean, spacious, and looked brand new. You can either bring your own detergent or buy it there, and they have several machines, all in varying sizes and prices. As far as payment goes, you can either pay in quarters (they have an ATM and a change converter on site) or you can use a mobile app to pay, which connects to Apple Pay. That's what we did and I found it to be super seamless. The woman working was super helpful and explained everything to us!
