Had to take my large fur area rug and this laundromat was so clean and nice! The owners, Mia and husband were so nice! If you ever need to visit a laundromat, I highly recommend this one!

They ruined my comforter and they didn't take responsibility for it, on top of that they were so rude about it. Very bad costumer service

Can you recommend a pick up and delivery service for doing regular laundry?

I don’t know any laundromats or dry cleaners doing pick up and delivery service. Sorry…

Sparkle Laundry - What do you think would happen if I did this at the top of my lungs?

Sparkle Laundry

Sparkle has the same cute, arts and crafts type aesthetic Skylar laundromats use, but Skylar…read morerefined it and ran with it more. It seems more authentic coming from a mom and pop than a burgeoning chain though. Sparkle doesn't keep the late night hours I favor for the chore of washing and drying my clothes. I have seen them with the front door still unlocked and the open sign lit up past their posted hours though. Some of the machines are pretty temperamental. I couldn't get one to switch to whites after I'd already added detergent and oxyclean pods. I was just going to let it go through as colors until finally on the tenth try on the button my cycle registered. There was also one dryer I had to move my clothes from as no amount of button pressing could get it to start. Fortunately my quarters were good for the lower dryer as well if I switched to that one so I wasn't out fifty cents. Sparkle does have an awesome sit down video console loaded with like a couple dozen old school Atari games. I played some Frogger on a couple of visits here and some Ms. Pac-Man on one, but again this thing is testy. Only one of the two coin slots works. Fortunately you can get your coins back and the games only cost a quarter in 2024. Sparkle also has a Spider-Man pinball machine. I was having trouble with that as well. It nabbed a quarter from me without registering it had received it. With some vigorous jabbing of the coin return button I managed to get it to eject a Canadian dime some moron had stuffed in there but not my quarter. I brought it up to the front desk and told the guy my story. With more prodding of the coin return button as well as unplugging it and plugging it back in he managed to free my quarter and get Spidey up and running. Sort of. I was quickly back up at the attendants counter upon discovering only one of the three flippers worked. He returned for my demonstration. "Well," he said "you can just play it like this or I can give you your fifty cents back." I was taken aback by such a stunning ignorance about the game of pinball. I told him I wasn't about to just let the ball drain anytime it came down on the entire left side of the field of play, not even getting into the smaller point of losing the fun factor and potential points of the upper flipper. So he gives me my fifty cents back but here's what really galls me : I was there for awhile longer finishing my loads and he never unplugged the game or put an OUT OF ORDER sign on it. My reaction should have let him understand that game was unplayable and that lack of attention to detail is just gonna carry over to their bread and butter, those fussy washers and dryers. So Sparkle lost its shine with me and I don't expect I'll be back. I will always remember I was there during the great fire at the dispensary/ vape store way over at 15 Mile and Groesbeck when massive amounts of vape cartridges and other volatile materials were exploding for over an hour. I could hear it from the parking lot here and was wondering if it was a distant approaching thunderstorm or somehow fireworks in March. Nothing to really do with this place but that was really something.

I brought my clothes for dry cleaning but when I picked up my item there was a dark stain left on my shirt. He told me i had the stain prior to dropping it off. The washer machines have a foul smell as well.

Terrible Experience - Damaged Linens and Unprofessional Customer Service…read more As an Airbnb host, I rely on professional laundry services to keep my linens in excellent condition for my guests. Unfortunately, my experience with this company was extremely disappointing. I sent in brand-new towels, and they came back terribly stained and completely unusable. The service cost me nearly $250, and when I contacted the owner to address the issue, I was met with an incredibly rude, defensive, and unprofessional response. Rather than taking responsibility or attempting to find a reasonable solution, the owner blamed the damage on spray tans, makeup, and mold. I explained that if the towels were so badly stained that they could not be properly cleaned, I should have been notified before the service was completed and I was charged nearly $250. Instead, I was left with ruined, brand-new towels and no resolution. The owner's response was essentially, "I don't know what to tell you, and I don't know what you want me to do." He then informed me that, based on our conversation, our business relationship was over. Mistakes can happen in any business, but how a company handles a problem says everything about its professionalism and customer service. I was not expecting perfection; I was expecting accountability, respectful communication, and a reasonable effort to resolve the situation. As someone who runs an Airbnb business and depends on quality linens, I cannot recommend a service that leaves brand-new towels unusable and responds to a legitimate concern with hostility rather than a solution. I would strongly encourage other hosts and anyone entrusting this company with their linens to think carefully before using this service.

Action Laundry Laundromat - Where the action is, apparently

Action Laundry Laundromat

Action Laundry, huh? No Stallone, Arnold, Vin Diesel, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson... what I'd really…read morelike is a sick Bruce Lee mural on these plain white walls. Non sequitur name aside, there's nothing much remarkable about Action Laundry Laundromat. And you won't even find the name on any signage. They're open all night and I'm standing outside leaned up against my Jeep right now. I thought I had the place all to myself and was giddy about it, but by the time I had scarfed down my drive thru supper no less than 4 other vehicles had pulled up. I started to say there's only seating for three here but came inside to check and found a chair by the long folding table in the back. There was an open chair in the front but I'm not trying to sit right next to someone. Oh, and here's another bench for three here. We're up to seven, folks! I neglected to see the row of 5 $3.50 machines in the back and thus could have saved $1.50 on the weekly washing of my work clothes. D'oh! (Especially since I had to feed the change machine a tenner which turned out to be unnecessary. Oh well, I'll use em next time.) Maybe one day I'll get with the times and get this Dexter Pay app all the machines have stickers for. There's a row of five 5 dollar washers, but one is temporarily out of service, as the post it note says. There's five 6 dollar machines facing the front door. And there's three giant 11 dollar washers and four hefty 8 dollar washers against a side wall. Against the other wall we got 8 smaller dryers, 12 medium sized dryers (two out of order) and 2 extra large dryers. Bathroom is locked at 11:45 pm. They're hiring for a cleaning attendant. We got a vending machine with laundry supplies, one with snacks and beverages and one little freestanding candy vending machine that dispenses handfuls of sugary stuff for a quarter a pop. It's got a big fat bicycle lock chain holding it to a large table in case that gives any juvenile delinquents or meth heads any ideas. There's a tv but all it has on it is endless silent ads and instructions for Dexter Pay. WNIC is on the sound system at a reasonable volume for a late night laundromat. They're playing The Eurythmics right now and honestly I've been so wrapped up in this review with Asperger's level stats that I barely noticed it before now. And now they're playing some insufferable ballad. I move to change the music to WOMC. It's slightly more action. I think I might have got a couple funny looks the way I've been walking around counting stuff and tapping into my phone. We got an analog clock as the only decor on the walls and it's a plain white one with black numbers like you'd find in a school classroom. And we got us a sink with a hand soap dispenser and a paper towel dispenser. It's pretty clean in here. It's about the most generic laundromat I could imagine plopped down in the middle of a nondescript strip mall in bland suburbia. It's a serviceable place, nothing wrong with it, but nothing to loft it above three stars. Weird, run down, grimy laundromats are where the real action is late at night. Ask Rory Gallagher.
