Located just down the road from the golf course and Selma, Bailey's Place has been beautifully landscaped to hold events, wedding ceremonies, etc. I was visiting here for a wedding. It's a gorgeous setup with an arbor, that the bride and groom got married under. There was seating set up in front of the arbor for guest. Behind the arbor was a cabin, that can be used for wedding party to get ready. But also can be used for receptions or having the wedding in. I believe this was the backup if it had rained. There isn't necessarily a parking lot, but a grassy area this is designated for parking. And lots of trees for shading.

After reading the reviews, we decided to go against what we had heard, because we liked the guy we first met with, BLAKE. The new management that took over is not even comparable. The barn was DISGUSTING when we first arrived on Friday to set up, and our entire family cleaned the place SPOTLESS...we brought our own toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags, because there were none...we also had to rent extra tables and bring our own chairs! And they still aren't going to give us our entire deposit back, because they claim there were items missing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, PLEASE! Please take our advice and don't do let the same thing happen to you! The Barn was beautiful, and I loved it. It's sad what came of it after Blake left...the only honest person there!

They will be baked and next week we will go in to create our jewelry pieces. For the 2 week class it was $20, and they have other classes for similar prices! It was definitely a great experience and something not a lot of people in the community know about. In addition to the various classes, Madjax also has a monthly membership to their design lab where members would have access to all of the various tools they have, and would be able to receive training on them. They are going to be expanding their lab to include wood and metal working in the near future!

I attended a concert here for The Outlet, which is a once a month Christian heartistic expression of arts events performed by musicans, artists, dancers, etc. The open space was nice, the warehouse/industrial look fit the theme, and the bathrooms were newly renovated and nice. The space for this event was big enough to fit a few hundred people and chairs were provided. For The Outlet in particular, vendors were setup and free food was provided to concert goers. There was an assortment of great performers from acoustics, to poetry, to rap and instrumentals. The Outlet is free to the public as well.

I'm a total control freak, so it was a little scary for me to let go and have someone else take care of the details. Boy am I glad I did! Everything that Bev and Bob had a hand in was perfect - the food, the setup, drinks, tables, dressing rooms, I couldn't be happier! We used the same room for both the ceremony and the reception and the flipping of the room was done expertly. Our guests were amazed at the efficiency with which everything was done. Bev and Bob also had an in-house wedding organizer who was with us the whole day. Mandy Neff was an amazing asset to the day. She worked her tail off, making sure that everything ran smoothly and all was perfect. If you need a location near Indianapolis, consider this one. I don't think you'll be disappointed!

For some reason, the traffic was really heavy which made it difficult to reverse from the diagonal parking space.

The inside of the chic barn had white washed wooden wall, lights around the trusses, several crystal chandeliers, a fireplace and cute bar area. The property the barn sits on is large and spacious.
