I arrived on time for my 9 AM appointment, but the salon wasn't fully prepared and was still getting ready. I went in with an idea of what I wanted. I showed a picture of the haircut to my stylist and she assured she could do it. Diana didn't engage in conversation but responded to my inquiries when I asked. Since she had another appointment, she only had time to give me the haircut. Despite my punctuality for the appointment, I had to switch to another stylist to have my hair done. I believe it was Elana who set my hair. The heat during the styling felt slightly intense. I've been a patron of another well-known salon in Canton for the past few years. Despite these minor issues, I'm giving a 4-star rating because I achieved the exact look I wanted. Diana gave a nice haircut and Elona styled it the way I wanted. In response to the questions I posed, Elona offered her expert guidance and recommendations. Overall, I am happy with the result and very reasonable prices.
