    STAY AWAY. TITAN IS A DISASTER. Let me list the many ways Titan almost ruined our wedding last…read moreweekend: 1. Delivery was scheduled for 11:00 AM Wednesday for our Saturday wedding. We had ordered a tent, tables, chairs, tablecloths, lighting, dance floor, and two portable toilets. We waited all day and called the owner's cell and office several times, leaving messages. NO DELIVERY. 2. We were finally told that the items would arrive on Thursday. Once again, we waited all day...no phone call, numerous messages, NO DELIVERY. I, the irate bride, finally got a hold of the owner, Curtis, only to be told that he had rented our order to the University at Buffalo but "forgot" to let us know. While he had previously insisted that it was essential to put up the tent three days in advance to let it "settle" he now said that the early set-up had simply been a "courtesy" and that he had no obligation to follow through with it. 3. The delivery arrived (late) on Friday morning. The delivery guys had an incomplete list for our order. The lights, toilets, and tent sidewall were all missing. They had to wait hours for the rest of our order -- we only got the lights at about 10:00 Friday night. Good thing we weren't having dinner in the tent. 4. After never giving us a contract to sign, the set-up team brought a single copy on Friday morning. I am an attorney. I am not going to sign without scouring a contract. The contract contained safety-related waivers that made me uncomfortable. The guy said "no contract, no stuff" leaving us with absolutely no choice less than 24 hours before the wedding. 5. The linens were the wrong size and didn't fit the rectangular tables. We had to supplement with tablecloths from my mom's linen closet. The sweetheart table was the wrong size and shape and unusable. The bar linens did not fit and there was no way to attach them. We had to use a bed sheet. 6. The team left cigarette butts all over the yard. 7. The owner demands payment in advance with no signed contract and no itemized bill. We couldn't even withhold payment until he got the order right. RUN FAST, RUN FAR -- unless you want to spend your wedding day crying and screaming at Titan Entertainment. Our experience could not have been worse. I would give zero stars if I could.

    This is a review 8 months later. Within only 4 uses( we…read morebought for our children) and well under a year of purchase, the bouncer will begin to rip at the seams with only the use of small children. I would be careful when purchasing for a company to rent out, it may not last at all. As the company states, you only get a 90 day warranty. So if your buying it for personal use, I recommend using the heck out of it within that time period to ensure there are no defects in the craftsmanship. Otherwise, the company will agree that the seams were sewed incorrectly (bunched) and offer their $13 glue to help, and ensure the integrity of the bouncer is not compromised. Oh and $100 back. Cool gesture I guess for a $1,000 purchase we are now afraid to use. Let's slap a band aid on a gash and hope it won't bleed anymore later down the line. Let's see how long glue keeps something from continuing to be tore when pressure is applied as it is supposed to be. All in all, the problem lies with me and they attempted to help. Just beware purchasing the Rental Lite Rainbow Modular Bounce House when money is limited in this economy. It does not last!

They sent a replacement and also I have to ask for screws because the initial delivery was missing some. When I set up the tent for the first time, I discovered it didn't have all the necessary holes, and one part was missing. I initially thought the problem was due to my setup, so I began contacting customer service. I was directed from one person to another, and in the end, no one seemed to know about my issue. It felt like they didn't understand their own product. I spoke to several representatives, sending them videos, images, and even recorded footage of us setting up the tents, yet nobody followed up with me. About a month ago, the "owner," Mark, texted me saying he would check the videos. However, as of today, July 24th, 2025, I still haven't received a response from anyone. I've sent emails to every address I could find online and messaged all the phone numbers I have, but nobody has replied. My tents are still in storage, and I've made no profit. All I want is my money back. I'm worried about what could happen if I set up these tents at an event and they cause significant damage. After reviewing online feedback, I've noticed that many negative reviews share the same complaints: defective products and poor customer service I don't want a defective product I want my money back
