Our plowing contractor called on Christmas night to inform us that he is going out of business and we were stuck with 6 ft snow drifts in our driveways. Our 20 unit community made of of older seniors were isolated. When Jacob head the news he headed over with a big front loader and cleaned out all 20 driveways. He would not take any money and only asked that we make a donation to help children. What a great neighbor!!! Thank you Jacob for your extreme kindness! We will make a donation in your name!

Contacted all season after getting the recommendation from another vendor who was unable to help us…read moreout. I needed just ten white wooden chairs which I was assured I would have no problem. Got the quote and sent all the paperwork back. Was told I had not signed the quote (this was handwritten and scanned, so I missed the signature line however I signed everything else) Was told that they'd send me a docusign agreement via email. They also told me that even if I didn't get the email to sign that I could sign when I picked up the chairs. It never came through but I wasn't worried. Finally it arrived in email (spam) and it was not docu sign but another contract to print and sign. I printed and signed and scanned it and emailed to speed up the process. At this point I had already been charged the full amount on my card and had sent in all the paperwork sent to me. All I had to do was pick up. Three days before my event they called me to say they did not have the chairs I paid for. They told me they hadn't held them for me because they didn't have my signature. I told them I had sent in everything and have a voicemail that says "don't worry if you can't get the quote signed, we can do it on Friday when you pick up"-they had no response other than sorry nothing we can do, we don't have the chairs. They asked if I wanted black and I did no I specifically wanted white. Asked if I wanted plastic and I said no I wanted white. (Note-I started the process weeks before needing the chairs and did everything they asked. I was even told sometimes documents go to spam or don't go through but don't worry.) Finally she tells me "well let me see what I can do I'll call you back in a few minutes"-she never calls back. In the meantime I called another place and was able to book what I needed over the phone with no issues. I called All season back and said forget it and was told "we can check our Rochester store"-why wasn't that the first option I was given???? Not only did she not call me back within a few minutes, but she clearly wasn't trying to fix the problem. I have a feeling they got a bigger order and decided my ten chairs wasn't important. Definitely don't recommend, horrible customer service.

It could be issues such as taking care of your skin in the sun or grocery shopping nutritiously. The meal is usually "season-based", i.e. corned beef in March; turkey in November; lighter salads in the summer months. I get to see some other retirees I do not see otherwise and enjoy a very good and filling lunch. Today the lunch was a nicely displayed plate with a 1/2 pineapple carved out. The pineapple chunks were put back in the carved out fruit and topped with cottage cheese and a 1/2 strawberry. Next to the pineapple were several slices of honeydew melon and cantaloupe and a couple of slices of ham and smoked turkey. The meat was a bit salty so eating each bite with a bit of melon was a good idea. I will return next month.

As expected, there was an unexpected illness that cause the appointment to be missed. The facility was nice and they a few different decor options. I wasn't a fan of the bar being in a separate room. The owner and property manager were fantastic. We had a slight issue regarding the AC circulation and it was handled quickly and efficiently. The communication and customer service was impeccable. I highly recommend this center, and look forward to doing more business with these ladies.

I was hoping for the best, that at 22/23 dollar burger was going to be great, and I'd have to say they were and I'm not mad about the price. Got the Tequilla Jalapeno burger and the Big Blue and bacon jam. Both were cooked to perfection, I'm a medium well girl. They were nice size and juicy. They did not skimp on any of the sauces and relishes. I definitely loved the burgers! I love spicy food, but don't let the name tequilla jalepeno name scare you it was not very spicy, but it definitely was tasty!!! The French fries for me were a fail! I was excited because they were shoe string like, but these were soft and mushy with no flavor but grease. One side I did get the house chips, BUT because they just threw pickles in the container by time got to me the pickle juices ran all over and I could not eat the chips. Let's normalizing not adding pickles without a request for them, or put them in something. Also got the smoked combo, brisket and pulled pork. The brisket was actually pretty good. Melted in your mouth, great smoke ring. The pulled pork was just okay for me, but the hubs loved it. I'd stick with the burgers! Added on potato salad. I didn't have any expectations for it, I'm a potato salad snob, BUT always feel need order when I'm out. One day a bomb potatoe salad will come to me, just not today. We initially met Carla at Château du Feÿ, where she was employed. After a disappointing experience with another planner, we hired Carla 5 months before our wedding, hoping her 3+ years of specialized venue expertise would be invaluable. To our surprise, Carla had not worked with half of our vendors before - even though they were part of the short list of recommended vendors provided by the venue. Despite her website's claims, Carla's design suggestions felt generic and lacked the personalized touch we were looking for. Carla's lack of attention to detail became increasingly apparent as we worked with her. Our wedding had many unique and custom details. Lots of information that a seasoned wedding planner would be able to keep an attentive handle on. The mounting oversights caused significant stress in the final weeks leading up to the wedding. We were genuinely anxious that our vision wouldn't be realized. Luckily, we had multiple vendors and family friends that helped Carla execute the event. As the bride, I distanced myself as much as possible from Carla to allow myself to enjoy the day without frustration. This is not the typical experience. While we appreciate Carla's willingness to take us on with short notice, and she did have some helpful insights regarding sourcing a local florist and unique videographers, her lack of attention to detail ultimately overshadowed those positives.
