Shortly after we took our seats, a server approached and asked if we had been to Red Robin before. Since it was our first time, we were given some fries to taste with two dipping sauces. I truly liked their Steak Fries. For our meals, we had to order Big Yummm Deals :). My Red's Double Burger came with a choice of beverage and a side. Both are bottomless, which means you can refill drinks and sides as many times as you wish. Fun! All for just $9.99. For my side, I decided to have coleslaw and, let me tell you, it was outstanding! I'm usually very picky about the coleslaw type salads. This one was perfect in my opinion. Mine and my partner's Haystack Double Burger were very good as well. The service was delightful and very helpful. Even the manager came over to ask if we knew about the free refills and offered her assistance. This time, I didn't take advantage of their generous offer. Now, I'm a fan of Red Robin :). It's just a simple pleasure. It reminds me of another chain restaurant that is no longer around Buffalo. I've always had a soft spot for those comfortable red booths ever since I first arrived in the States a long time ago. Just a note, definitely take a bigger booth.

Tips are based off of the total without tax. (I tip VERY well) When you are paying $60 for two people for sub-par food and then their system wants that as well, it is not ethical. I've already contact support as an FYI for corporate who reads these.

It's near where the Falls are, so we decide to stop in for dinner. We were seated right away when we walked in. The place had a decent amount of people, but service was pretty quick. Our waitress Jasmine was very nice. She checked on us frequently throughout the night. She made sure she got our orders right too. The food came out in a timely manner. Everything was cooked, just right and just to our liking. My wife was very pleased as well with the quality. The DJ they had there for entertainment was great. He made sure everyone who signed up, went up in a timely manner. If we're ever back in the area, we're definitely coming back here. It was a great time and it's a nice walking distance from most of the hotels. I proceeded to order my food and I asked to remove one single thing from the entree that I was ordering as I was allergic to it. Keep in mind that I order this same entree at the other Margaritaville chains and never had a problem. I told her I have been to this chain in other locations and they have accommodated me. She said that's nice but they won't accommodate me because it would take the chef too much time which I didn't understand how given that he's leaving out an ingredient. She kept being nasty and giving me attitudes about the entree I was attempting to order so I politely handed her back the menu and told her we won't be eating there. I didn't bother to speak to a manager as I assume everyone there is like that from what I observed. She had no cares or no apologies for her attitude or the fact that she lost the restaurant a customer. This location should truthfully be closed down because I saw other patrons being treated the same by multiple different waitresses. It's a ball of negative energy there.

After the terrible…read moreChristmas storm that hit in 2022, Jacob found out that our Condo Community was without a plowing contractor. Our plowing contractor called on Christmas night to inform us that he is going out of business and we were stuck with 6 ft snow drifts in our driveways. Our 20 unit community made of of older seniors were isolated. When Jacob head the news he headed over with a big front loader and cleaned out all 20 driveways. He would not take any money and only asked that we make a donation to help children. What a great neighbor!!! Thank you Jacob for your extreme kindness! We will make a donation in your name!

    Contacted all season after getting the recommendation from another vendor who was unable to help us…read moreout. I needed just ten white wooden chairs which I was assured I would have no problem. Got the quote and sent all the paperwork back. Was told I had not signed the quote (this was handwritten and scanned, so I missed the signature line however I signed everything else) Was told that they'd send me a docusign agreement via email. They also told me that even if I didn't get the email to sign that I could sign when I picked up the chairs. It never came through but I wasn't worried. Finally it arrived in email (spam) and it was not docu sign but another contract to print and sign. I printed and signed and scanned it and emailed to speed up the process. At this point I had already been charged the full amount on my card and had sent in all the paperwork sent to me. All I had to do was pick up. Three days before my event they called me to say they did not have the chairs I paid for. They told me they hadn't held them for me because they didn't have my signature. I told them I had sent in everything and have a voicemail that says "don't worry if you can't get the quote signed, we can do it on Friday when you pick up"-they had no response other than sorry nothing we can do, we don't have the chairs. They asked if I wanted black and I did no I specifically wanted white. Asked if I wanted plastic and I said no I wanted white. (Note-I started the process weeks before needing the chairs and did everything they asked. I was even told sometimes documents go to spam or don't go through but don't worry.) Finally she tells me "well let me see what I can do I'll call you back in a few minutes"-she never calls back. In the meantime I called another place and was able to book what I needed over the phone with no issues. I called All season back and said forget it and was told "we can check our Rochester store"-why wasn't that the first option I was given???? Not only did she not call me back within a few minutes, but she clearly wasn't trying to fix the problem. I have a feeling they got a bigger order and decided my ten chairs wasn't important. Definitely don't recommend, horrible customer service.
