The tiered bar had pretty fabric that came with all the clips needed to assemble the fabric onto the bar. I love that they have a showroom you can visit to see everything in person before you order it. They coordinated with my event venue so I would know when everything was being dropped off and picked up. They also let me (for a reasonable fee) have early drop off a few days before my event so I could make sure it was set up how I hoped. I also found them to be more affordable than a lot of other local rental companies. The boys on the truck who dropped off our table and chairs (on June 29th 2019) were very nice and helpful. Shannon helped me revise my quote multiple times so I got exactly what I needed, she was also great. Thanks again!!!

While he was helping me, he took the time to greet everyone who walked passed us and ask them if they needed help too. I told him I needed help with the install. He gave me his card, asked me to text him photos, and we set up an appointment with the handyman (Andy) to do the installation. During our texting, I mentioned wanting the garbage disposal taken out too. Andy came the very next day and took care of everything, including disconnecting the power from the disposal. They were both very professional, affordable, and Andy did quality work.

He lifted up the cover and showed me after I told him the machine ran hot to the touch and had to keep on shutting machine off to cool off. He should of told me what was going on with it when I was charged $467.00. Again the machine was in deplorable condition. You mentioned it's all about customer satisfaction and how long you have been in business. How about compensating me for the money I spent like giving me half off? For this party, we ended up needing delivery out to Cheektowaga, which the previous company would not do. I did a quick search and found Big City and we quickly got in contact with them because they delivered. There was no crazy deposit, they dropped everything off the day before and picked up everything after the party was over. Solid rental price, delivery and more importantly, great customer service. They earned our business and will use them again in the future.

Our plowing contractor called on Christmas night to inform us that he is going out of business and we were stuck with 6 ft snow drifts in our driveways. Our 20 unit community made of of older seniors were isolated. When Jacob head the news he headed over with a big front loader and cleaned out all 20 driveways. Contacted all season after getting the recommendation from another vendor who was unable to help us…read moreout. I needed just ten white wooden chairs which I was assured I would have no problem. Got the quote and sent all the paperwork back. Was told I had not signed the quote (this was handwritten and scanned, so I missed the signature line however I signed everything else) Was told that they'd send me a docusign agreement via email. They also told me that even if I didn't get the email to sign that I could sign when I picked up the chairs. It never came through but I wasn't worried. Finally it arrived in email (spam) and it was not docu sign but another contract to print and sign. I printed and signed and scanned it and emailed to speed up the process. At this point I had already been charged the full amount on my card and had sent in all the paperwork sent to me. All I had to do was pick up. Three days before my event they called me to say they did not have the chairs I paid for. They told me they hadn't held them for me because they didn't have my signature. I told them I had sent in everything and have a voicemail that says "don't worry if you can't get the quote signed, we can do it on Friday when you pick up"-they had no response other than sorry nothing we can do, we don't have the chairs. They asked if I wanted black and I did no I specifically wanted white. Asked if I wanted plastic and I said no I wanted white. (Note-I started the process weeks before needing the chairs and did everything they asked. I was even told sometimes documents go to spam or don't go through but don't worry.) Finally she tells me "well let me see what I can do I'll call you back in a few minutes"-she never calls back. In the meantime I called another place and was able to book what I needed over the phone with no issues. I called All season back and said forget it and was told "we can check our Rochester store"-why wasn't that the first option I was given???? Not only did she not call me back within a few minutes, but she clearly wasn't trying to fix the problem. I have a feeling they got a bigger order and decided my ten chairs wasn't important. Definitely don't recommend, horrible customer service.
