They made sure the processional music went smoothly, and started playing the songs at the exact time I asked them to. During the reception, they played songs our guests didn't really know - but that's more my fault of not being more specific of the crowd/demographic's taste in music during the week before consultation. Tip for those still planning your weddings: give genres and SPECIFIC artists you want the DJ to play throughout the night! The absolute highlight of everyone's night was the Photo Booth, which was manned by Jeff's dad, Chris (?? It was loud and hard to hear - sorry if I got his name wrong!). He was so sweet giving us ideas on how to pose for the different shots, made sure everyone got a copy of photos, put together the ENTIRE scrapbook for us, AND made sure everyone signed/write a message for us. The scrapbook was we filled from front to back with messages and photos, and it's something we will cherish and look back on for the rest of our lives. As a couple not from Buffalo, Toy Bros were super easy to work and communicate with even without being in person.

Not sure how the food choices are made but we had roasted vegetables, red skin potatoes, pasta with red sauce, sliced sausage with peppers and onions and chicken. Salad and rolls were also served. The only downfall (and I'm hoping this is a faux pas only until the construction is complete) is the lack of accessibility. There are no ramps to get inside the building or from the entrance into the bar/restaurant venue. I was surprised that we had to request flatware with dessert and that there wasn't an option for coffee or tea. That being said, tonight's local chef/business was Tony's Supper Club. I enjoyed The Big Hello cocktail to start and since I wanted to order one of everything on the menu, I got 2 appetizers, an entree to eat for my meal, an entree to bring home for tomorrow, and dessert. The Fungi "Cappuccino" was deliciously creamy. My only gripe was that I needed a spoon and more bread to sop up every bit of goodness. The Caramelized Figs with creamy Goat cheese and spicy arugula was the perfect combination of flavors. For my main entree, I ordered the Wild Boar Ragu. The buccatini pasta was al dente, the ragu was well-seasoned (another part of dinner that needed just a nip of bread for sopping) and it was tough not to lick the plate clean. The second entree was the bison, only because my friend wouldn't stop raving about the duck confit potatoes. lol I ate one (even though I'm *stuffed*) and they are really good - but needed salt. For dessert, even though I've had it before, I had to go back for the chocolate panna cotta. They have a wide range of inflatables - everything from themed bounce houses to huge water slides.  There is something for any party. The delivery and pickup were prompt.  We were so happy when they called a couple days before the party and said they would be setting up earlier than previously plan.  Man the kids were excited to have a few more hours to bounce! Upon arrival, the guys cleaned the inside and laid out mats for kids to put their shoes on. Why do I keep coming back?  Great customer service and very responsible prices.  I hope they don't change a thing!
