They ordered our pizza for us so we didn't have to pick it up or sign for it (we did still pay for it and chose what to get from Pescis Pizza) You're able to decorate the room 15 mins before the start of your party. We brought in a cooler of drinks for the guests and cupcakes. That along with the pizza felt like enough time for our 45mins in the room after bouncing for an hour. We had kids ranging from 2-10 and I think all the kids had a blast. They texted me a few days prior to check in and provide electronic waivers for guests to fill out prior and reminded to have everyone wear socks. Finally at 6:40 they arrive with Birthday Balloons instead of orange and a Minnie Mouse with tattoos all over her arms which I thought she could have at least worn a long sleeve shirt to match the costume to look more the part. We had to wash almost every single one and only ended up having time to wash the front part of them because they were so dirty. It just seemed like they could be hosing these things down between customers. However, their tents were solid and didn't leak, and they are a super nice family owned business. I highly recommend them! Just plan ahead for potential cleaning!
