This business is run by Ray who is seriously the nicest person ever. He offers Photo Booth with prints and even has a greenery wall you can add on. I worked with Ray to schedule a Photo Booth at a party for individuals with developmental disabilities. He has been fantastic from the start, immediate response to my inquiry and gave so many options for us to choose from, worked with our tiny bit of funding and time schedule. He made sure to ask questions so all our individuals can be accommodated and enjoy the photos. We had to reschedule twice but Ray is easy to work with. Ray is great to talk to and I always support a fellow Long Islander. We had an absolute blast when we finally had our event, the pictures were a hit and everyone asks when we'll be doing it again, and we will be doing it again! Worked with Bow Tie for our NYE Wedding, great experience, highly recommend!

Save your money and do not hire Bow Tie Photo Booth! They promote false advertisement! We booked Bow Tie Photo Booth and Katie Cardo for our wedding in February 2019. They are the most flaky, clueless and unresponsive vendor you will ever encounter. After booking confirmation, we were informed by Katie they would reach out the week of the wedding to confirm setup time, final payment, etc. She NEVER CALLED!!! WE had to reach out 3 DAYS before the wedding to make sure they were still coming. Miraculously they did show up for our event, however we wouldn't have been surprised if they didn't. The package we purchased included a link to an online gallery and a flash drive to view our guest photos 10-14 days after our wedding. The company states the following: "All of our photo booth rentals include unlimited photos & strips, a box of extremely fun props (hats, feather boas, sunglasses, monkey masks, etc), a fun photo booth attendant, free strip customization, an online viewing gallery of all of your photo booth pictures as well as a custom, Bow Tie Photo Booth flash drive of your photos." Nearly 3 months later and we still didn't receive these!! What a scam! We followed up with numerous emails and voicemails, but Katie was MIA. YOU WILL NOT GET A FLASH DRIVE OR ONLINE GALLERY TO VIEW YOUR PHOTOS. YOU WILL PAY FOR THIS, BUT NOT RECEIVE IT!! Please free yourself of the headache and go with another vendor. read more

Initially I talked with Katie but had a really hard time getting her to respond. A few weeks before the wedding I reached out and got a response that Katie wasn't with the company anymore. I was redirected to a new owner and after initially having a little communication difficulties things went great! The new owner assured me everything would be set up which it was. The prices we had initially agreed upon with Katie were honored. The photo booth looked great at the wedding and guests had a ton of fun. The attendant, Conor, was so kind and he even saved our pictures we took throughout the night because as the bride and groom we were bound to lose them! We were even able to add an hour at the last minute since our guests were having so much fun in the booth. You could fit so many people which our families loved. We also got the pictures emailed to us in a week and we had a blast looking through them. The quality of the pictures is great. I would definitely recommend them! read more

We used Bow Tie for our company holiday party in December 2018. They were great to work with and responsive. The photo booth attendant was so nice and everyone loved having them at our party. Unfortunately they never sent us an online gallery of all of the photos like we were promised. I emailed them several times and I received a response saying "we'll get those over to you next week." I kept emailing them and they stopped responding. Months later and still haven't received them!! read more

I attempted to book Bow Tie Photobooth for a non profit event. After my initial inquiry via both phone and email, we exchanged two emails and I never heard anything back. I tried to contact Katie via phone and email for 3 weeks to confirm booking with no response. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and response from this business. I would completed understand if something personal happened, but a quick call or email saying they were unable to provide services would have been appreciated. read more
