A huge perk was that he was friendly and knowledgeable and got along well with the owners of the venue! I felt confident that he was getting the job done in the interim months when there isn't a lot of contact needed. Exactly a month before the wedding, he had reached out ALREADY KNOWING WHAT I PLANNED WITH MY VENUE! I couldn't be more happy with the service on that. While Chris and I never met in person, I felt so comfortable. The weeks leading to the wedding, he was readily available for questions/concerns/logistics. Meeting with my vendors, giving suggestions on wedding day flow and making the magic happen. He probably did more behind the scenes that I didn't even have to put thought into. He was just that good. DJ Pauly Paul was the MC for our event and he was very knowledgeable and quick with a song that would get the guests on their feet. Somehow playing crowd pleasers and songs that hit my particular taste. Everyone 21-70 years old was on the floor. Paul reached out with great suggestions and guides for the specific music. Our wedding had 3 sound stages, which I know was difficult. The team handled it with grace and coordination- like they loved the challenge, not at all like a burden or chore. Keith and Pauly Paul were behind the scenes heroes making it all happen. Transporting equipment, lighting and the audio guest book just happened. No one even realized the transition happened until it happened. I would also suggest the audio guest book! I was initially unsure but Chris graciously put it at our venue. Guests were fun with it- especially after a few drinks. Uplighting is also a must! My venue was Farrington Hollow and was particularly large. The owner of Farrington glowed about his service during our initial meeting and I soon found out the two companies work together SEAMLESSLY. Guests at my wedding were regularly coming up complimenting the DJ, venue and overall energy. I really give them credit to make my day and my guests!

Our plowing contractor called on Christmas night to inform us that he is going out of business and we were stuck with 6 ft snow drifts in our driveways. Our 20 unit community made of of older seniors were isolated. When Jacob head the news he headed over with a big front loader and cleaned out all 20 driveways. Contacted all season after getting the recommendation from another vendor who was unable to help us…read moreout. I needed just ten white wooden chairs which I was assured I would have no problem. Got the quote and sent all the paperwork back. Was told I had not signed the quote (this was handwritten and scanned, so I missed the signature line however I signed everything else) Was told that they'd send me a docusign agreement via email. They also told me that even if I didn't get the email to sign that I could sign when I picked up the chairs. It never came through but I wasn't worried. Finally it arrived in email (spam) and it was not docu sign but another contract to print and sign. I printed and signed and scanned it and emailed to speed up the process. At this point I had already been charged the full amount on my card and had sent in all the paperwork sent to me. All I had to do was pick up. Three days before my event they called me to say they did not have the chairs I paid for. They told me they hadn't held them for me because they didn't have my signature. I told them I had sent in everything and have a voicemail that says "don't worry if you can't get the quote signed, we can do it on Friday when you pick up"-they had no response other than sorry nothing we can do, we don't have the chairs. They asked if I wanted black and I did no I specifically wanted white. Asked if I wanted plastic and I said no I wanted white. (Note-I started the process weeks before needing the chairs and did everything they asked. I was even told sometimes documents go to spam or don't go through but don't worry.) Finally she tells me "well let me see what I can do I'll call you back in a few minutes"-she never calls back. In the meantime I called another place and was able to book what I needed over the phone with no issues. I called All season back and said forget it and was told "we can check our Rochester store"-why wasn't that the first option I was given???? Not only did she not call me back within a few minutes, but she clearly wasn't trying to fix the problem. I have a feeling they got a bigger order and decided my ten chairs wasn't important. Definitely don't recommend, horrible customer service.

If you have never attended a SE2 silent disco you are definitely missing something. Here's how a silent disco works. You are given headphones when you enter the event. These headphones have three channels red, green and blue. Each channel has different music played on each channel from three different DJ's. You have a switch on the side of your headphones to switch between channels and when you do the color of your headphones changes to the corresponding channel, so your friends and others know what channel you are listening to. The whole setup is amazing with lights and lasers. It's fun to see people dancing with no external music being played. Everyone we were with, had the best time. We have been to several SE2 events since our first and each event is better than the last. SE2 would be the only silent disco event company I would trust. They have always put on an excellent experience each time we have attended. Keep up the excellent work! See you soon.

I haven't personally commissioned SE2, but I have attended two Silent Disco events with my family…read moreand friends. If you're not familiar with Silent Disco, here's how it works. You check in and get light-up headphones. The headphones have volume control, and a toggle switch to choose between three stations. The stations color-coordinate to the three DJs who are spinning the music. You can flip between the three channels as you wish. All the music is heard through the headphones only, hence "Silent" Disco. We were at the Silent Disco events at the Music is Art festival at Riverworks in September, and the November Free First Fridays at Albright Knox. After two times experiencing Silent Disco, I'm certain that "Oh hot damn, this is my jam"--SO. MUCH. FUN!!! Granted, I love to go out dancing, so it's right up my fun-alley. Both events we attended were family friendly, and our kids (ages 9 and 12) had a blast, too. They're requesting to go again! I love having three channels to choose from. You know how when you're out dancing, and the DJ plays a song that's not your fave and it kinda kills your mojo? That's far more unlikely to happen at Silent Disco, since you can flip to a different song. Also, anytime your ears need a sec away from the loud music, just pop off your headphones or lower your own volume control. You are totally in control of what you hear. Is it strange being in a room full of dancing people that is essentially silent? Surprisingly enough, not really. I suppose to onlookers it may seem silly. But when you're a part of the party, dancing in silence was no problem at all, not for me anyway. I don't have much of a problem dancing at any party, though; I'm usually the one to get it started and to shut it down. ;-) So if you're a bit shy, it may take some courage to get moving, but I highly recommend you set your inhibitions aside and just cut a rug in silence. A quick search of Facebook and Yelp events will probably pull up other SE2 Silent Disco happenings coming up at various venues across the 716. They are usually free or inexpensive, and some are all-ages. My only complaint is that there aren't more family events, as most are late-night at a bar. But that gives me a reason to insist on a Silent Disco date night with the hub'ster, so I can't complain too much. Thanks SE2 for bringing this incredibly fun, unique experience to WNY!

The tiered bar had pretty fabric that came with all the clips needed to assemble the fabric onto the bar. I love that they have a showroom you can visit to see everything in person before you order it. They coordinated with my event venue so I would know when everything was being dropped off and picked up. They also let me (for a reasonable fee) have early drop off a few days before my event so I could make sure it was set up how I hoped. I also found them to be more affordable than a lot of other local rental companies. The boys on the truck who dropped off our table and chairs (on June 29th 2019) were very nice and helpful. Shannon helped me revise my quote multiple times so I got exactly what I needed, she was also great. Thanks again!!!
