He was on time, respectful , and courteous..and even came the night before to pre set up everything so it was ready to go without any hitches! For weeks before the event, he sent us multiple ideas for the Photo Booth strip layouts .. & had us choose our own lighting colors (from multiple! Ive emailed and called this company twice several days ago about a date and pricing for our wedding and they have yet to reply. I got an automated email saying they would get back to me as soon as they can but I'm starting to get a bad feeling. If there is poor communication and follow through I'm not sure I want them providing a service for our wedding. Shame because the reviews are good and the pictures are pretty cool looking. I hope I hear back so I can adjust this review.
