It also seems like every vendor is has their own agenda which further complicates the entire process. This is why I loved the work that Yuliya and Oleksiy did for our wedding, I just got a copy of the pictures and I couldn't be more pleased. All you have to do is a take a look at their web site to see they are great photographers and the work they did for us was phenomenal. I guess as some one who has just gone through the whole process I see value in this review if I can express or share something you can't get from a contract, email exchange the many things you can gleam from the long grueling and painful wedding planning process. This is the one moment of truth item, its the fact that they cared and did the things they had to do to make it a great experience, believe me when i tell you not every vendor cares. The Yuka team was extremely friendly to our guests, they stuck to the letter of the contract and if anything exceeded our expectations. They were so kind and it made the day easy. Yuliya and Oleksiy cared and it showed in the product from the actual day of the wedding up until i just got a copy of my pictures a few minutes ago. Yulia has a great eye, she was able to see locations, opportunities and venues and and take advantage of them and it resulted in great pictures. She has the patience of a saint listening to the various photo suggestions people in the wedding party, in addition to family members. They were devoted through out the whole process and if we have an opportunity we would use them again. Yuliya and Oleksiy also handled my sisters weddings and they both feel the same way I do. If you want to to check one thing out of your list of potential stressful items I would recommend going with Yuka

Booking was a breeze and it was clear he knew what he was talking about in the initial phone call. A huge perk was that he was friendly and knowledgeable and got along well with the owners of the venue! I felt confident that he was getting the job done in the interim months when there isn't a lot of contact needed. Exactly a month before the wedding, he had reached out ALREADY KNOWING WHAT I PLANNED WITH MY VENUE! I couldn't be more happy with the service on that. While Chris and I never met in person, I felt so comfortable. The weeks leading to the wedding, he was readily available for questions/concerns/logistics. Meeting with my vendors, giving suggestions on wedding day flow and making the magic happen. He probably did more behind the scenes that I didn't even have to put thought into. He was just that good. DJ Pauly Paul was the MC for our event and he was very knowledgeable and quick with a song that would get the guests on their feet. Somehow playing crowd pleasers and songs that hit my particular taste. Everyone 21-70 years old was on the floor. Paul reached out with great suggestions and guides for the specific music. Our wedding had 3 sound stages, which I know was difficult. The team handled it with grace and coordination- like they loved the challenge, not at all like a burden or chore. Keith and Pauly Paul were behind the scenes heroes making it all happen. Transporting equipment, lighting and the audio guest book just happened. No one even realized the transition happened until it happened. I would also suggest the audio guest book! I was initially unsure but Chris graciously put it at our venue. Guests were fun with it- especially after a few drinks. Uplighting is also a must! My venue was Farrington Hollow and was particularly large. The owner of Farrington glowed about his service during our initial meeting and I soon found out the two companies work together SEAMLESSLY. Guests at my wedding were regularly coming up complimenting the DJ, venue and overall energy. I really give them credit to make my day and my guests!

The meeting event he hosts is a great way to get a taste of what he has to offer, and we were not disappointed. The planning meetings were fast and simple, the checklist he provides makes planning a breeze, and the execution of the wedding was phenomenal. Our DJ was scott and he does not just "press play" but did awesome mixes and transitions and was very attentive to our requests. I cannot express enough how happy we were with scott and Chris's kindness, skills, and professionalism.

My husband and I booked all of our wedding reception and ceremony decor through her. At the time, we indicated that we would have an outdoor, courtyard wedding and were renting a rose gold glitter runner, which she suggested. The rental fee was not cheap to utilize this runner, but we went ahead with it because it was gorgeous and our theme was grey and white and rose gold. The day of the wedding, she came to set up and refused to put down the runner because it was drizzling. She then tried to get us to give her a deposit of $1,500 in case of damage for a disposable runner. I was shocked. She then would not set up the outside decor for the altar and my husband, the groom to be at the time, had to set it up. She kept indicating she had another wedding to do and didn't want to stay to finish HER job that she was paid in full for. At the end of the day, we had a beautiful wedding and despite her attitude and unhelpful nature, we still had a gorgeous courtyard wedding and wonderful reception. She did refund my money for the runner immediately and that was that. I think she lacks professionalism and doesn't really have the personality to be in the wedding business. Maybe she just doesn't like brides of color or she didn't like us, but the last time I checked, money is green. I would not use her if I was you.

The Wedding Agent (Mia) has many decorations for rent. It is a one-stop shop for centerpieces,…read morelighting, and even invitations. However...for our wedding, we asked Mia to contact our venue so she could get an idea of the space (size) and work out the set-up and take-down times with them. Our venue called us several times asking if we had gotten a new person because Mia hadn't called them. About a week before the event we informed her, at the venue's request, what time the set-up and take-down needed to be completed. She was visibly upset and then charged us extra money to perform the take-down, because "it was an hour earlier" than she had wanted to take it down. We paid the upcharge but later wondered: "Why is there a difference in price for taking stuff down an hour earlier?" If she had called the venue much earlier (as we requested) she would have known the proper times and she would not have 'had' to charge us extra. We felt it was an unnecessary charge. While we were 'just' satisfied with everything else, nothing was over-the-top beautiful or breathtaking. I could have gotten a lot of the fabric she had from craft stores and we would have saved a ton of money. Recently I drove by The Wedding Agent, and it was empty. It appears to be permanently closed or possibly moved to another location.

Extremely unprofessional and hard to work with!…read more Elisha Orin was supposed to be our photographer for our wedding on St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. Unfortunately, my fiancé and I had to ultimately make the very difficult decision to cancel our wedding, due to multiple consequences following the devastation of the Caribbean Islands left by hurricanes Irma and Maria. - The below are only a couple of examples of Elisha Orin's extremely unprofessional email correspondence and lack of compassion. - While planning our wedding (before the hurricanes), Elisha reached out to me and asked us to CHANGE OUR WEDDING DATE, so that she could take another job in Thailand a couple days before our date. We found this extremely unprofessional of her, just to even ask me to change our wedding date, but told her we will not be changing our date. This was 3 months after we hired her and at this point, our planning was in full force and we had already sent out our Save The Date's. I explaind this and told her we would like to keep her as our photographer. However, I ultimately left if up to her to decide if she was going to take the Thailand job and, if so, to let me know ASAP so that I could find a new photographer. She decided to stay on as the photographer of our wedding. After the hurricanes (and having to cancel our wedding) I emailed her asking to have some compassion for our situation and refund our deposit. She then proceeded to hold the fact that she was no longer able to accept the Thailand job against us, and named that one of the reasons she wouldn't give us our deposit back. *Email response from Elisha: "I tried to see if i could book the thialand wedding that i had talked to you about previously but they have now moved on to another photographer. I cannot refund your money at this time." In response, I reminded her that in one of her initial emails, she had stated (regarding our deposit): "If there is something tragic I will consider giving it back as well. but we are not going to think about anything like that. hope this all helps". In this same email I also wrote that in an attempt to move forward we are no longer having a wedding, therefore we couldn't give her a future date to put our deposit towards. To this, she responded that "Tragic is when someone dies like a parent or finance, sibling. you will still get married and i will apply this to your wedding. I will not refund your deposit.", showing that: 1. she does NOT consider two major hurricanes destroying the Caribbean and affecting millions of lives as "tragic"(!!) and 2. she did not care to actually read what I wrote in my email about no longer having a wedding. We did not simply cancel her services due to a "change of plans". This was two extreme natural disasters forcing us to make an extremely difficult decision. Even though we eventually did decide to relocate our wedding, We definitely did not trust her to be our photographer and we simply had to cut our losses and move on. In retrospect, it is obvious that Elisha Orin cares much more about the money she makes off of her clients, than having compassion and working WITH her clients. Even though we lost our deposit, I am actually happy that in the end she was NOT our photographer. If I were you, I would think twice about hiring her for your special day.

The tiered bar had pretty fabric that came with all the clips needed to assemble the fabric onto the bar. I love that they have a showroom you can visit to see everything in person before you order it. They coordinated with my event venue so I would know when everything was being dropped off and picked up. They also let me (for a reasonable fee) have early drop off a few days before my event so I could make sure it was set up how I hoped. I also found them to be more affordable than a lot of other local rental companies. The boys on the truck who dropped off our table and chairs (on June 29th 2019) were very nice and helpful. Shannon helped me revise my quote multiple times so I got exactly what I needed, she was also great. Thanks again!!!

I went to the shoot completely under prepared. I had no idea how to pose, what type of background I wanted, or what unique touch I wanted to add to make the photos my own. T&D had that completely handled for me (such a breath of fresh air :) They showed me a few different "maternity" poses and had 2 perfect locations already planned for me. Timothy is such a perfectionist in the perfect way. He really knew how to bring out the "Top Model" in my partner and me, who had no clue what to do with ourselves in pictures. The chemistry between Timothy and Deanne was amazing. It definitely rubbed off on us and made our pictures even more beautiful. They are so friendly and the quality of work they give you is just wonderful. I highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again!
