She was patient with walking me through the steps and explained the documents I needed to bring. She even signed another paper to ensure that my apostille wouldn't be bounced back after I mailed it. I hadn't even considered the possibility, but Renee thought ahead! We chatted a bit about the area and my plans abroad as well. I thought notarizing was all official and business, but the atmosphere was fun and welcoming. Thank you so much Renee!
