Nothing was revealed ,A second opinion from this dentists colleague found nothing. Mind you this was close to $2000 worth of dental care. Had a retreat done in New Jersey by a specialist to the tune of about $1700. It was found that the tooth was cracked and needed to come out that was another $1700 now for the implant which was 2800$ for the stud and 2000$ for the tooth. All in all this came from a botched root canal that I had done in this office the money and pain that I have experienced will never be rectified. My advice go to a specialist if you're going to have any dental work done.....

So I walked into this beautiful office which describing it won't do it any justice, I was greeted by some wonderful front desk ladies. My wait time was very minimal actually I believe I was called within 5 mins of me finishing the paperwork. I was explained how much I would be responsible for before they began to work on me. They took some very high tech images of my teeth, and then Dr. Magdalena came in. She kept apologizing for the horrible work that was done by that crazy dentist. She couldn't understand how someone could let me leave their office all botched up or how I managed this pain for so long. My root canal was difficult from what I saw on the screenings and what my referring dentist told me before. I didn't feel a thing! I remember thinking when I went for a basic filling I felt like the "crazy" dentist was killing me! But here I was getting a root canal and no pain whatsoever. Last time the GPS sent me to the wrong end of Fox St; and kept rerouting me back to the same spot. Today the GPS did it's job. The front desk staff informed Dr. Blondin that I was here; and almost immediately I was ushered into an exam room. His assistant had me in two bibs to protect my clothes, asked if I wanted music, I thought I was on a cruise ship. Every knob, handle, wire, instrument in the room was covered with plastic. The Zeiss microscope was in its own sealed plastic bag. Dr. Blondin was in shortly. He explained what was going to happen today in his cheerful and reassuring voice. After a local analgesic; the work began. A dental dam was applied, then the drilling began. All the while the doctor was letting me know what was going on during the procedure. A few X-rays latter I was almost done. The X-rays showed the true picture of the bicuspid and the repair done. I'm way past the age of being in awe of anything. This endodontist office leaves me awestruck. Everyone does their job with precision and acumen. If you need a great endodontist - This is the place to go to first. What's that old saying? "you've seen the rest; now see the best". I'm paraphrasing.

However, my experience with Dr. Juneja was so appalling and egregious that I feel compelled to share it. I was scheduled for a root canal at 3:30 and was in significant pain. After 45 minutes with no update, I asked how much longer it would be. A dental assistant dismissively told me that as a new patient I should expect to wait because I had paperwork to complete. I was finally seated at 4:50 - nearly 90 minutes late. When Dr. Juneja walked in, there was still no apology or acknowledgment of the delay. Instead, she simply said, "I can see you are irritated." That was the final straw. Delays happen. Leaving a patient in pain for nearly 90 minutes without basic communication or courtesy, then treating her frustration as the problem, is unacceptable. I no longer trusted Dr. Juneja to perform my root canal, so I left.
