We ended up having to scramble and find food else where for wedding of 120+ people. Communication was minimal before our wedding which had us worried, but they assured us they would be there. 10am on the day of our wedding, the owner James emailed my husband, despite having 3 different phone numbers/points of contact and said he sneezed and threw out his back. He claimed he would send replacements but then decided to send a refund 10 mins before arrival. I noticed that this yelp page says it was updated this month but I want to make it clear that they do not have a business license and the other name they used "Fire to Table Pub & Catering" is completely nonexistent. They also sent our refund through Venmo under the name Pizza Gypsy. James Hallahan is a scam artist.

Despite multiple confirmations and affirmations that he would be at two separate parties, he never showed. So two times in less than a month he was a no-show. I would suggest using a different company if you want the ice cream truck to actually come to your party. I would never have left this review if this were a one time event, but for it to happen to the same person two times is a trend. They set up the outdoor raw bar...clams (littlenecks), oysters, and shrimp on ice, in a very attractive manner. The table was manned by a charming "shucker". There were an assortment of passed hors d'oeuvres which included lobster grilled cheese lobster triangles...these were indescribably delicious. Everyone was oohing and aahing over these. I also loved the smoked salmon on toast and the small cups of really tasty clam chowder. All the appetizers were incredibly delicious although I would say the lobster grilled cheese was the biggest hit. All of the staff were polite and friendly. After the appetizer round, the lobster rolls came out and they were simply spectacular. They were true New England lobster rolls on toasted square edged (this is key) frankfurter buns, and absolutely stuffed with chunks of delicious lobster meat that had been lightly dressed with mayo. Those rolls were out of this world, deliciously prepared and very generously filled with sweet lobster meat. They also served fabulous fish tacos. For the non-seafood eaters of which there were none at this party, they served a pulled pork taco which was spicy and delicious. The portions were generous and the food just kept on coming out. While there was plenty of additional food at this party from other vendors as well as some homemade additions, Shuckin' Truck was my favorite part of the overall feast. Great job!
