I'm just thinking that nearly $90 was a lot. The small pan of rice held appx 10-12 cups of cooked rice. Just thinking maybe because I'm white I got charged a lot more? So got the cake it was red white and blue but it looked like my 11 year-old daughter decorated it. The balloons were so small I easily could've scraped them off and put some fire crackers. I was asked if I wanted the bread warmed up and buttered so I said yes, not realizing the butter was an extra 75 cents until I checked my receipt. Feels like a bit much for a slice of bread that's already $6.75 (more than my cortado which was $4.50). On the more positive side, the shop is large and spacious with plenty of tables and chairs. There's a play area for children which is pretty cool if you have little ones with you. The ambiance is pretty unique since this is a repurposed garage.
