Despite residing next to a vast, dry grass area, my car remained untouched, despite owning a Mercedes. While I did encounter two cockroaches, they likely originated from outside. Coping with the warm climate of Roseville, CA, I procured bug sprays from Home Depot, a solution previously effective in other i have lived in apartments. the apt is super close to everything , if you you don't-have a car the bus stop is a block away. the staff is nice and they try to work with you longest you communicate and pay. theirs only so much they can do it is a business not a charity .

THE WITNESS Nothing Hides Forever…read more 1) The Serve: In the fall of 2022, after falling apart due to the death of my wife and best friend, I literally lost everything. I reached out to several apartment complexes, asking if they would accept my section 8. I found one. At first, I want to say, they seemed extremely relaxed, transparent, and helpful. Unfortunately, soon after, I learned a very hard reality: marginalization, systematic control, and prejudice, spare no man. My treatment quickly turned into some invisible preconceived notion. I quickly became aware of the situation. I was Less... The Substance: They became increasingly unavailable and even at times somewhat socially hostile. Several of the employees even suggested at one point that if I didn't like how I was being treated that perhaps I should move. I don't believe that I am an unreasonable person. In fact, before the death of my beautiful wife, I spent many years defending the marginalized . The point here: I do believe in humanity. I was at many times afraid to address issues within my apartment building. Example #1) In 2023, my bank was compromised and several of my past transactions with the facility were retracted. Basically, what that means, is that the criminals who breached my account retracted old transactions, claiming they were fraudulent and after retrieving the funds they bailed with the cash I reported my complication to them within the hour. They immediately decided that even though I was clearly without fault, I was to pay all of the late fees involved with those missing payments. It came to over $250. Then to add insult to injury, after the Bank reversed the charges back to the establishment, recognizing the obvious fraud, I still had to pay restitution. Basically, I was charged two times what I would've normally paid in rent. They made it clear, this was not their problem. Example #2) Recently my rent was raised and I was given no notice. I was also informed that the deadline for receiving rent moved from the 5th of every month to the 4th I was late due to lack of funds and the change of policy. And yes, I was met with the same disrespect and extreme prejudice. The woman who addressed my issue even acted as if I was threatening her simply because I insisted on being treated fairly. The Verdict: This kind of gross disregard towards humanity, simply because others may have less, is exactly why this country is failing. Unfortunately, there are people who learn to follow the rules but fail to see the meaning. If you can help it. I strongly recommend staying far away from heartless corporations like CTL management and the Autumn Oaks Apartments . They operate under the kind of behavior that is creating a rift in our society and furthering the prejudice against those who have less. Take The Power Back.., Kenneth Dwane Figuly

So I asked the gentleman at the front desk and he casually goes, "yeah it's like that every summer." Sir... why was this information guarded like classified military intel?! So bam... hit the weights first trying to look athletic for absolutely nobody, then made my way outside to the pool. Let me tell you something... night swimming with nobody around feels like you accidentally rented out a millionaire's backyard. Quiet, peaceful, and not one kid cannonballing directly next to your face while you're trying to have a spiritual moment floating under the stars. I almost stayed until they kicked me out. This gym honestly has some awesome employees too. Amber always comes in with that motivational energy like she's coaching Rocky before a title fight. Then there's Keith moving around the floor like a gym FBI agent making sure dumbbells make it back home safely. Dude cares about the place and it shows. Now parking... whew. Between 4-7pm it's basically the Hunger Games. Once you see headlights backing out you better commit immediately and believe in yourself. But after 9pm? Different universe. Feels like you own the place. Wide open equipment, peaceful vibe, and enough room to finally do lunges without accidentally ending up in somebody's protein shake.

The staff is very nice, interacting with members and visitors. They have plenty of space and equipment if you use wights, ehlipticals, etc. Membership prices are a bit higher than other gyms but depending on how much you are wanting to pay on a monthly basis, this might be a good option for you. They definitely have allot to offer!

Be warned- you will not see a dime of your deposit. I never expect the full amount of my deposit to…read morebe returned, but to incur close to 400$ in cleaning fees for an apartment with zero damages is absolutely ridiculous. Attached is a picture of the breakdown for the fees that are tacked on while they do their inspection. Considering the apartment was left in great shape, and we did our due diligence to make sure they didn't need to any deep cleaning, it seems like they make you foot their whole cleaning bill. By the time they took out our final utilities expense, we ended up owing them money. If we got charged as much as we did, I have a feeling that we are not the only ones. Based on their breakdown, even if there is no damage to the apartment, the cleaning fee is a minimum of $195, plus additional fees for carpet cleaning and painting. If you happen to be in a 2 bed 2 bath, you will be charged a minimum of 356$ (343 for a 1bed 1 bath). To put it into perspective that is roughly 70% of the security deposit, that EVERY resident/unit will automatically have deducted Again, if we got hit this hard, I can't imagine what would have happened if they determined that deep cleaning was necessary, and had we not expressed concerns of damage caused by construction, we probably would have owed even more, beyond the amount of the deposit. After speaking with the office, it was suggested that everyone incurred these costs because the purpose of the security deposit is to get the apartment clean and ready for the next resident. This is false. The deposit is meant to return the unit to its original condition. "Reasonable cleaning expenses" are allowed, but to admit that every unit will have 70% of their deposit taken away is absurd, especially when one of the defenses was that it accounts for wear and tear, when normal wear and tear is not something that can be charged for.

Also, the appliances need to be replaced and management has/is continuing to patch up things. By the way, I live in a down stairs unit and maintenance continues to say that it's mildew, so once I mentioned that I had an investigation done by the state, I became the enemy. Proceed with caution and ask to see an inspection report, before making a decision. In addition, I've developed asthma from the mold! Also, the noise pollution is worse than that of a helicopter!!! My car was vandalized in the parking lot and I had to pay for the repairs.

He is an extraordinary worker and deserves the best. After are great start, we were having a blast on the splish and splash of the water slides. When these unsupervised kids ruined our fun. They cut in front of everyone in line for stealth so I confronted them. This lead to them following me and my friend around the entire water park. When me and my friend went on double dare trying to get them away from us they followed us up and were repeatedly yelling at us. They then told the life guard that we cut them and pushed them down the stairs. The life guard, Declan T, did nothing about them yelling and even let them cut in front of us even Though we so clearly made it up first. This is when our day started getting worse these kids followed us back to our spots invading our personal space and yelling at us. Even with many life guards around no one stopped them. Me and my friend eventually got so fed up with there act we went and told a supervisor after telling him the situation he did absolutely nothing.

But we ended up in just a big shaded area. The employees were all mostly kind. Which can be tough with so many young adulting working a water park on a hot day. Only came across two employees that seem to be having a rough day. The food was not as bad as some reviewers I read said it was. The pizza was passable. The crust was good. The French fries were average. Not bad at all. The chicken tenders were more breaded flakes and less chicken. The pretzel was my girlfriend's favorite, but the kids really liked the ice cream shakes. The water park was fun. A lot of rides in such a small area, but it was well maintained and organized. The lines were not bad at all and it's all so much fun. The go-karts were a bit disappointing. I felt like more cars could have been out at once. Overall. It was not a bad time at all and I would come back for a bday party or to bring kids out for a fun day out.
