Omni really needs to start giving more playtime to their players. It's super frustrating to travel…read moreso far for tournaments and games just to sit on the bench the whole time. If coaches aren't going to actually play everyone, then the teams should be smaller--around 9 or 10 players instead of 12 or 13. Having so many players means some kids barely touch the court, no matter how hard they practice or how committed they are. On top of that, some of the coaches are just plain mean. They don't encourage their players or try to build confidence--they tear them down instead. There's a huge difference between being strict and being rude, and unfortunately, a lot of the coaching here crosses that line. It really feels like certain players are favored no matter what, and others get ignored or even bullied. Parents pay a lot of money and spend hours traveling for practices and tournaments, so it's really disappointing when players don't get treated fairly. Omni has potential to be a great club, but they seriously need to rethink their coaching approach, how they divide playtime, and how they treat their athletes overall. Everyone deserves a fair chance to grow, play, and actually enjoy the sport.

We were initially really disappointed when camp was canceled the night before it was supposed to…read morebegin, especially after we had already planned around it and gotten our kids ready for the week. That said, I really want to give credit where it's due because the owner absolutely made it right. He acknowledged that the last-minute cancellation was not handled well, took responsibility for it, and went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience to our family. He stayed in communication with us, checked in, and made it clear that he genuinely cared about fixing the situation. Coach Linny was also fantastic. The kids really enjoyed working with her, and I appreciated that she made the sessions fun while still holding them accountable, keeping them focused, and making sure they were putting in effort. While the cancellation was frustrating, the way it was handled afterward made all the difference. Things happen, and mistakes happen, but what matters is how a business responds -- and in this case, they truly stepped up and turned a disappointing situation into a positive experience. Because of that, I would absolutely use them again in the future and would recommend them to other families as well. Thank you!

We have been with this club for a few years and we liked the affordability and parent coaches (even though most are not highly qualified/certified). However, the club is ran by what many have come to call "The Three Musketeers". The DOC controls much of the club and influences things although his temper and ego drives many families away (his way or the highway and not pleasant). The Academy Director tends to coach as many teams as possible to make it financially feasible. My experiences with the club president were pleasant but I hear he tends to follow the decisions of the other two. The second level in the club includes a few coaches and team managers that are preferenced and support/bats for the club management (they mostly coach many teams and are paid). You get what you pay for and leadership lacks the compassion and competency required to run a community soccer club. Good step for those coming from recreational soccer with low expectations. Other local clubs are more structured and deliver a better competitive soccer experience (although you pay a bit more). Just sharing our family experience. Enjoy the game!
