Sure when we called for a follow-up, it was during a holiday week and sure he was out of town. And yes, he said, he had lots of experience. So, we called one of the larger companies who correctly diagnosed the issue, the same day, and haven't had a problem now in 1 1/2 years! I've dealt with many different people and professionals in my lifetime. Those who are really good never blame others or sit back on their "years of experience", rather they go, "hmmm. you've got me stumped. never seen that before. let me see what I'm missing." What he could have used was a good dose of humility rather than arrogance.
