We were in need of a generator hook up and sub panel in our barn/garage. Jesse ran new conduit and…read morewires from our main panel with a disconnect for the generator line partially in our basement and then used the existing under ground conduit, about 70 feet in all, to the outbuilding where he installed a sub panel plus a generator plug. He also supplied 30 feet of generator cable in order to operate the portable generator outside. Having been around construction all my life I can state that Jesse does outstanding work. His attention to detail and accuracy is commendable. The reason why I hired him for this job was that we were experiencing a short and breaker tripping on our out door wood boiler about a month earlier and wanted someone local. He came over, spent about two hours diagnosing and fixing that problem and did not want to charge me! All of the wire and parts he uses are top quality. Just spending time around him for the few days he spent here was a life lesson.

I threw him a curve ball when I asked for a change (after the quote), for a removable cap for the top of the semi-demolished chimney so we can have a mason finish the chimney top at a later date. No problem says Adam. Adam decided I needed metal flashing on the corner of our ancient carriage house ...no extra charge for material or labor. He's meticulous and does really nice work. He and his assistant were friendly. They picked after the job. I highly recommend Maynard Roofing!!

We hired Jacob and his team at Pro Painters of Watertown, CT., to power wash, stain our deck and to…read morereplace rotted deck boards and split rails as a part of the scope of service agreement. I provided Pro Painters an initial deposit. Jacob and his team in our opinion only completed a portion of the work given that we would not provide additional funding beyond the agreement. Jacob asked for significant more funding beyond what was outlined in the services agreement even though he estimated the job scope prior to starting. The work Jacob and his team completed lacks the quality and workmanship that one would expect from an Angi Award Wining Contractor. In our opinion, we were left with significant amount of clean-up of our swimming pool in which the previous deck stain peelings clouded the pool water with debris and the pool cover, and debris in our fencing. In addition, removed deck boards were left on the job site and not removed from our property. We are very disappointed with Jacob and Pro Painters of Watertown, and Angi. Please see the attached pictures/video.

They took my suggestions and turned it into nothing short of a work of art. I had my downstairs utility bathroom redone. It is a very small room. They were able to transform it from a dark and dingy room into a beautiful and bright Bathroom. Since it is just a utility bathroom, I needed things that would fit the small space but look nice. They did an amazing job finding just the right pieces to go in the room. It is absolutely stunning and it only took them one day to do the entire job. When they left, the place was spotless and all I had to do is stand back with a smile and look at my new bathroom. I was so impressed that I have hired him to do my kitchen remodel next. We are gutting the kitchen and will put in an entire new redesign and layout. I'm so excited.

So asking for help was tough and just hoped they could take care of my lawn the way I did. Greg sent his guys over without a hitch. Needless to say when I can home from work I was pleasantly surprised the lawn looked. In fact it was better than I could do myself. The lawn never looked so good. They hit every inch plus some areas, which was my original concern. Would they care as much as I do about my lawn? Or would they run thru it and collect the cash and run missing spots? The cleaned up the yard with pride as if it was there property. This all happened when I was not home to micro manage them. Well done. What I thought was a temporary hire until I was upto taking care of my lawn myself again has now changed. I am so impressed with his team I have hired him for next year. Although I enjoy taking care of my yard I enjoy the free time I have now each week since I dont have to do yard work anymore more.

They are friendly, affordable, reliable, and down to earth people and I will be recommending them to other clients.
