Today my couch was delivered on time by Jordan B. & Gilbert F. in such a great manner. They were kind, efficient & placed the couch perfectly in the room. Now I don't know about anyone else, but Id expect a "leather" recliner to last more than 3 1/2 years but not he case with ours. Within the first year the "leather" started peeling/breaking down and of course it was all due to consumer care according to Flex Steel but since it was within the 1st year of purchased it was repaired (not replaced) with new sections of material. About 5 months ago, the same thing started happening on the left side arm rest only much worse but this time because it was out of warranty, Flex Steel nor Dunk & Bright would not repair, replace or return for full credit. Through all this we discovered our "real" leather recliner is "bonded" leather. BIG difference and something that should have been brought to our attention at time of purchase. Now you may think its asking for a lot after 3 1/2 years to have this addressed with full coverage costs but honestly, do these two companies expect a customer to drop over $2,000.00 on a piece of furniture only to have the covering start breaking down after 3 1/2 years? I thought i was dealing with reputable companies but guess not. And as far as consumer care goes (our care), we purchased about 15 years ago an Ekrons Stressless "real" leather recliner and about 7 years ago a Natuzzi "real" leather recliner. To date absolutely NO issues or signs wear. Guess that's what happens when you purchase quality furniture from reputable companies. Never again Dunk & Bright or Flex Stee.

    Definitely looks better but thought they moved furniture. Apparently they don't so some areas…read moreweren't done. Carpet is way more sopping wet than I expected. I thought the vacuum would suck up more than it did. 15 min after leaving the above review (with 3 stars) on their google page I recieved a call from General Manager Adan. He came to my house another 15 min after the call and put up a big industrial fan to help with drying. He also offered to have a team come back to move furniture and clean. I declined. Customer service goes a huge way with me and I was impressed with how they wanted to resolve this and how quickly.

    Duct cleaning by 2 gentlemen who seemed nice enough, communication was non existent as neither…read morespoke English . When they finished we had a fine dust on every square inch of our home . My wife is in tears and has 3 hours of cleaning so far after they left , and she's not done. I watched as he used compressed air to clean off his Flexible tool into my SHOWER ! The air diffuser inside the house weren't taped properly allowing dust everywhere. After they left we called and Adon the manager apologized and offered to vacuum the furniture. Angel came and vacuumed , we told him we hear rattling in the squirrel cage when the furnace turns on . Two days later a HVAC tech came out, on a Sunday and found a fistful of debris in the cage and a plastic ball in the heat exchanger . Pictures enclosed . The expensive filters we bought were clogged for a 3rd time since our duct cleaning . Adonis offered the tech fee . But we agreed the foam installed to keep dirt out of my furnace failed . Over $1k spent . A compromised furnace now . I'm a retired Codes inspector, and Carrier trained tech as well , so I know I'm going to potentially have issues going forward . The before and after pictures didn't exist or weren't retrieved by Stanley Steamer. Buyer beware .
