We had to walk through a muddy trail, which trashed my shoes. When you leave the main haunt, we had to wait in line to exit, they never told us the wait was for one of the other attractions. The actors did a good job staying in character, but It was overall pretty disappointing. I had 2 jump scares in the whole thing. The fact that you no longer go through the house is a bummer. It is all outside. It used to be a fun place to go, but I won't go back again after that experience.

We waited in 2 lines to get in, then waited again to get out. There are no employees or signs stating that you have to wait to get on the zombie attraction with the paintballs so everyone just waits at the very end in a long line. We were expecting a big scare at the end however it just...ends. The Porta potties are not clean, no toilet paper or hand sanitizer to be found. There is also an odor of pee around the entire property (not sure, maybe that's just part of the experience??) The actors did a fabulous job of staying in character and we enjoyed the walk in the woods. I do hope that the attraction will improve, there is so much potential!

Dumb. Stood in line for 2 hours. They literally let 6 people in as 6 people come out. Biggest waste…read moreof time and money I've ever encountered. I could've gone to six flags for free to stand in line. So we asked for a refund, staff gave us some static about it but the owner ultimately gave it to us (2 thumbs up). People were jumping out of line and getting fast passes and they were only letting fast passes in. Which is where the money ruse is. Stand in line for 2 hours without the line moving, so people upgrade for additional $$ and you only let those folks in, while creating a longer line for regular payers. At the point I went to the cashier and asked for the refund the doors hadn't opened in 45 minutes. Prior to that it was roughly 28 minutes between groups. We asked the cashier to explain why it's taking so long...so it's 39 rooms in total...the first room is a 15 minute "video" about the "haunting" and then they hold you in the 2nd room for 10 minutes...do the math. 3-5 minutes to go through 37 rooms. It cannot possibly be THAT scary.

I initially emailed to book a date for an investigation. The owner responded saying the date was…read moreavailable and provided instructions on how to send a deposit to secure it. After sending the deposit, I followed up with a screenshot of the payment to confirm our reservation was finalized. The owner replied and confirmed that our date was secured. However, when I later checked the calendar on the website, I noticed someone else's name listed on the same date. I reached out for clarification and the owner told me she had mistaken us for someone else, but assured me that our reservation was still valid. A few days later, while we were in the process of making travel arrangements, I checked the calendar again and the same other name was still listed. I contacted the owner once more, and at that point she admitted that she had made a mistake and that the date had actually been booked for a couple of months already. She offered to issue a refund. Unfortunately, a week later there was still no refund. After attempting to follow up, the owner blocked my number and has refused to return the deposit. Very disappointing experience and extremely unprofessional handling of a simple booking situation.

All of the actors would just walk up to you, very few surprise encounters. There were alot of stationary animated creatures, only a few actual animatronics. The haunted trail was lame, there wasn't many actors on the trail at all. I dont know, Maybe it was because it was a Sunday night. If you want a great Haunted house, go to The Parker House, West of Denton on Hwy 380. In my opinion It is #1 in the DFW area.
