They're sourcing from Intelligentsia, so the coffee itself is dialed in from the start. There's also a community board by the counter, full of local business cards and notices. It tells you this isn't just a coffee shop, it's a hub for the neighborhood. They even put out a newsletter to keep people plugged into what's happening around the shop. That's one I haven't seen in a while - these things take time and heart to put together...so well done guys The menu is where it gets fun, especially the summer menu. Somebody clearly had a blast putting these drinks together. Looking around, the café is this unique blend of styles and tastes, and that blend just works...beautifully so.
