Worst experience I have ever had with a professional service. I hired them to do a few small electrical jobs around my house, including wiring and hanging a ceiling fan in my living room. First, they no-showed twice. When they finally showed up, they were 4 hours late. They did not know the scope of the job, so they didn't have all the equipment they needed and had to come back the next day. Again, they were 4 hours late. They finished the job and, of course, wanted to be paid in cash. After they left, I noticed that the ceiling fan which should have been wired independent of the can lights in the living room, was not. It would not come on unless the lights were on. Not what I paid for! I called the electrician back. Again after another no show and call to his boss, he came back to fix it. Unfortunately, I was not home when he did so, but we noticed immediately that again it was repaired incorrectly and this time would only come on if the hall light was on. Again, I called him back. He said he would have to order a new part to repair it and it would be in in a few days. After not hearing back after several days went by, I called and he said it was in. We scheduled an appointment for him to come over and again, he no-showed. I then called his boss who said he would come over to fix it. Surprise, surprise - another no-show. Now will not return phone calls, will not fix it, or refund my money. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Worst customer experience. Cannot believe they are still in business. read more
