Gosh, I don't even know where to start! I initially went to him to help me get off the acne medication and go offset the side effects, as I had previously tried to get off it and my face was worse than it had ever been - but what I left with was more than I could have ever asked for. In just ONE MONTH I have gotten off the acne medication, had ZERO flare ups or acne (my face actually looks better than it did on the medication, I have my energy back, my bloodwork was phenomenal, I feel and look better than I have in years, and I am motivated and joyful again. Micha is gifted by God in this industry and not only meets you where you're at physically, but also helps you to challenge and be empowered in the places emotionally that need healing as well. I feel like a new person and I truly couldn't be more grateful to Micha for his protocol, help, friendship, and encouragement. He sincerely wants to help people be as physically healthy, nourished, and happy as they can be. Eternally grateful!!

When…read morefirst introduced to Max Muscle Bellevue I was in the worst shape of my life and had lost the confidence I needed to believe I could change my life and my body. I struggled to do basic physical activities needed to get through the day. Jason and Matt have been key in shaping my mental image of health as well as my physical. I always knew nutrition was important but I never understood how key eating (I mean real food full of good carbs, proteins, and fats) in the proper amounts throughout the day matters to your body. These guys have changed my image of food and helped me focus on building a strong healthy body instead of obsessing on numbers from a weight scale. Food is no longer something I crave for comfort but something I use to fuel my body. Instead of focusing on scale readings, I now focus on by body fat percentage, body strength, and daily energy levels. It took some faith to trust these guys when they told me I needed to eat to drop fat and gain strength. I trusted their advice and now reap the benefits of a body down in body fat and still transforming. Feeling physically strong has changed my own confidence in myself. I use several of the Max Muscle products though I have never once felt pressured into buying anything. Both Matt and Jason have even discouraged me from buying products they felt were not appropriate for me at the time or would not help me change my life for the long run. These guys listen to you and customize their advice based on what you tell them about your goals and the factors in your life. I hesitated entering the store for the first time. I was far from what anyone could consider athletic and I worried that this store was only geared to elite athletes. It is not. These guys help a full spectrum of people. I recommend Max Muscle Bellevue to anyone looking to build a stronger, healthier body, and establish life long healthy habits.

Don't let this building's humble exterior deceive you (after all, it's a ranch-style blue house…read morewith white trim!). The professionals and programs at this eating disorder treatment clinic do good work. Omni's Eating Disorder Recovery Clinic (EDC) has an important leadership role in Omaha, and in NE overall. I believe that among NE's social services organizations, Omni's EDC serves the most individuals diagnosed with disordered eating. Secondly, the EDC offers the greatest variety of interventions designed for disordered eaters. Quality care: The EDC's professional team strives to meet clients where they're at. The clinic offers multifaceted, interdisciplinary services. It's best to look at their website to learn more. Some examples: home-based treatment; one-on-one therapy; family therapy; group therapy; psychoeducational groups; private sessions with a dietician; medical care from a certified APRN; group cooking classes; meal prep participation; and eating meals and snacks as a group throughout the day. Food for thought (forgive the pun): Most Americans don't know this, but of all the mental health diagnoses, eating disorders have the highest mortality rate. In addition, the majority of people suffering from an eating disorder are of "average" or "overweight" body size. These aren't facts you hear about on the news or in school. And sadly, so many people in need suffer in isolation --sometimes until death -- because everyday folks and even medical professionals, are unlearned about these complex, marginalized, and lethal mental disorders. Getting help: If you or a loved one is in need of help, Omni's EDC is a well-regarded, quality resource. For folks who are seeking care, you'll want to connect with the clinic and your health insurance provider, to see what'll work best for you. Omni EDC's official website: https://omniic.com/omni-services/eating-disorders-program/ Office #: (402) 333-0898 Office fax: (402) 333-0988 Learning more: NEDA is the National Eating Disorder Association, and its site has powerful, informative resources. (For example, learning what eating disorders are, how they affect physical and mental health, family dynamics, etc.) NEDA's official website: https://www.nationaleatingdisorders.org/ The NEDA helpline: 1-800-931-2237
