I had been consistently working out 5-6 days a week for nearly 10 yrs... I owned a gym franchise location in town... fitness was my life. I sold the gym in 2018... and... just stopped. Stopped working out, stopped eating clean. In those 2 yrs I have started and stopped workout plans and diets... was just so hard getting back to it. In 2020... working from home really excelled the inactivity. I had a knee injury, ankles were always sore... My body was telling me it was time. Enter Core 10. I had never done a pilates workout in my life... but from the 1st class i was hooked. The instructors are top of the line... they were emailing and texting to follow up. Wanted to know my story. Really care about their members success. I love that the scheduling of the classes keeps me accountable and keep me getting up in the morning. The workouts are incredible. Its low impact... but high intensity and just killer. I am working out to failure, every workout. Its just amazing. I am hooked. Doing at least 4 workouts a week, each week. In just 8 weeks, my strength, flexibility and balance are improving at great speed. I'm stronger... and ready to start tackling the diet... which is also included in your membership. I love the small class sizes and attention you get in class. It feels like a family, already. I will be a member for life!!!!!! Thanks Core 10 for putting the love back in fitness and health for me!!! - Tabitha

My sister had joined Hotworx shortly after Krystle did and I had been meaning to try a free class with them for some time. After setting up my initial free class with Haley the three of us managed to finally take one of these virtual sauna classes together. It was super fun and I was absolutely down to supplement my powerlifting workouts with these quick and intense workouts in the saunas. It's been a little over a month since I joined and I have loved being able to sign up for classes at any time of the day in a 24 hour period, being in the sauna by myself or the max of 3 people. It has been the perfect self care regimen I've needed since the weirdness of the pandemic and the world getting to a new norm. I know I'll keep coming back to this location to workout with my sister and Krystle as well as one that's opening up near where I live. I have been going to classes for almost two years now, and have battled the urge to ask people check out my core. My wife would freak, so jut take my word for it- it's really solid. That's due to the work we do. Instructors are great, and they really know what they are doing. Classes are relatively small, so they keep a close eye on you doing the exercises properly. We've learned it's pretty much a waste and potentially harmful to do them incorrectly. It's also a great group to be around.

Wanted to write a much needed review about Artis Gym... I recently traveled to Omaha for work and…read moreneeding a gym that taught early AM classes that were similar to Crossfit for about 5-7days. The gym owner/main trainer was out of town on vacation, but took the time to email me back quickly and gave me a very generous weekly rate. I came early on my first day and met two guys in the gym. Both were welcoming and gave me a tour, even though neither were coaches. When I came back the next day, they even remembered my name! The gym equipment is up to date and in very good condition. The building is quite large, with fans and rolling doors to help with air flow. Each person has a section that is taped off to help with social distancing. It was nice not having to walk around to gather equipment! I had my own personal rower and weights within my taped off area. Coach Ryan was very welcoming and treated me like I had been going to the gym for years. I never felt like an outsider at this new gym. When I did get to meet Jon (owner), he gave me some tips on my squat that really helped my form. I was never singled out for doing modifications that fit my ability. I hope to make this my home gym if I ever move back to Omaha.
