They have half hour and hour long sessions that can be tailored to each client. Strangely, I feel taller when I leave there, maybe due to stretching the vertebra, maybe it's in my head. It is relaxing and the staff make sure it's not painful. I have had three different practitioners and they all provide consistency in the stretches. Maybe after a month I'll see real progress.

I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously, and ultimately I was the one who had to leave and cancel my membership after many years. I understand that personal situations can be complex, but when they affect members' comfort and trust, I believe they should be handled with greater care and accountability. I had been consistently working out 5-6 days a week for nearly 10 yrs... I owned a gym franchise location in town... fitness was my life. I sold the gym in 2018... and... just stopped.
