The only reason I'm giving it 4/5 is because for such a small spaced bakery there were WAY too many people inside, you could hardly move and instead of creating a line inside the store I would have expected them to keep it outside like many other bakeries are doing right now. The staff was very nice but I would have liked to been able to walk around the bakery more instead of just wanting to place my order and scram due to how uncomfortable I felt.

I find some items have prices marked and others don't. They open early six days a week but close early on Fridays and Sundays and are closed on Saturdays. Customer service was also atrocious at this location. When we initially called they were very adamant that they needed over four days notice, which was the case at that time. Every interaction from picking up a cake. They wanted to remind us that they needed more time and more notice even though we had given more than five days notice. The cake itself was mediocre. It's something that my family and I had to decide who had the unpleasant experience of eating it again for the leftover pieces.

My mom felt similarly about her Italian soda, mentioning it was a bit watery and not as sweet as she expected, so she didn't end up finishing it. It was really quiet for Saturday midday (apparently they're usually busy?) and I was the only person in the store. The person working there greeted me with a smile and was helpful at recommending cookies. Since I hadn't tried them out before, I ended up just getting one -- king pistachio (dark chocolate salted caramel and roasted pistachios). The price was quite steep (over $6 for a single cookie?!) but it was sizeable. A little annoying that prices were not on display. When I got home and bit in, I immediately regretted not buying more cookies. Chocolate pairs perfectly with the nutty pistachio and rich caramel. Such a satisfying bite for my sweet tooth. Bad for my wallet and waistline, but oh, how I think of the cookie even today. Next time!

The prices are fairly reasonable, just watch out for the small store next door, as the gentleman doesnt put a sticker on some of the items, and I ended up paying $8.00 for a schmear of tuna mixed with mayo and sriracha (at least that's what I thought). Anyways, for a true 'Nash' check this place out. Dont come for the service, come for the treats!
