Great products and location, but on the weekends, it's so busy that you can't actually shop! Try it on the weeknights!

I have come into the Men's Clothing section many times over the years. Nick D. is one of the employees that I have always been helped by. He has helped me specifically with purchasing suits. He was a great help and gave excellent feedback on good and bad choices I have made. His eye for how a suit looks on someone is second to none. He is one of the best sales associates that Macy's has to offer. If you need help while there, I highly recommend finding him. read more

Been waiting for an hour on a Sunday for an associate to help us at watches. It's interesting that they wanna help one customer at a time as opposed to pleasing all the guests. read more

DO NOT SHOP at the bridal store. I ordered a dress 11/12/2016 for a 4/9/2017 wedding. 3/16/17 has not arrived. I was told that it was being shipped 3/16 or 3/17. The store would call me. 3/18 no phone call. Michelle handled my problem 3/16. Corin was supposed to follow up 3/17. Both are useless. Bottom line if you want your dress in time for your event SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE. They say they are professionals, they lease space as Demetrio's. It's not Macy's you are buying from. We'll see if Macy's backs up who does business under their name. DON'T SHOP HERE!!!! read more

I'm currently at the watch department and have been waiting over 30min for someone to help me. There is only ONE employee here and about 5 customers waiting for her. I've never seen a department with only one employee, but i guess everyone requested labor day off haha. read more

So they don't have garment bags. Only the smallest bag you can find. At every register! Only one person working per register per usual. Waiting and waiting. At least the temperature isn't its usual 100 degrees. read more

It's really ridiculous how disgusting the makeup section around the Origins line is.... Waited around trying to buy a few things from Origins and surrounding makeup counters but sadly no one was around to help me and the place was a total mess. read more

I went to the Estee Lauder make up counter on Thursday. As Double wear has changed their color selection over the past couple of years a few times, the lady behind the counter offered me excellent service. She was attentive, swatched me for the right color just in case (I wasn't sure about shade) and gave me a sample size to take home until my foundation would arrive (I had to get shipping because they were out of my color). She was everything and more I excepted. Thank you! read more

Went to return a dress that I bought two days prior because I am 5 months pregnant and didnt think with a growing belly i should spend so much on a dress. I had the receipt and tags, however when I tried on the dress the one tag ripped off, Mark Wilson the sales manager who is super unprofessional and completely rude decided not to return my dress because my tag was not on it, he also said all dresses have an extra black and white dress tag, so I went back to the spot where the dresses were and none of the dresses on the rack had the tag he was talking about, I showed him however he still dismissed me and told me every dress leaves with one, how does every dress leave with one do you attach the tag after purchase? He didn't want to listen to me and didn't have any other answer but no. I'm completely offended and as a loyal customer of Macy's, I will not be shopping here anymore, he treated me like a criminal. I will be telling my friends and family about this horrible experience, I feel offended, disgusted and most importantly disappointed in the way I was treated. read more

Tons of merchandise and sizes, very pleasantly surprised. They carry free people and Lucky, my two favorites. The shoe dept is huge and they always seem to be having a sale or have a coupon. Very nice lady helped me with my return, helped me look up the original sale, she found the replacement and was super fast and friendly! read more

I enjoy this Macy's and have been going here for a long time. I usually go to the Chanel counter and everyone is very friendly. However, the minute I was not satisfied with a product, and wanted to return/exchange an item, they were suddenly not friendly anymore and had a very poor attitude towards me. I will not be shopping at this Chanel counter again. read more

Very unorganized store and staff. Looking for something is a very timely task which includes digging through mountains of clothing that's hardly folded and not laid out in size order. After digging and not finding a size it's like pulling teeth to find a sales associate for help and when you do, they're usually very unfriendly and not helpful. Almost every time I come here I leave empty handed. I stopped wasting my time here, I usually just park in the lot as a cut-through to go into the mall. read more

On Tuesday, May 14, 2019 my wife went to Macy's in the WIllowbrook Mall in Wayne, NJ. I was in the market to purchase dress suites, after about 10-20 minutes of us just looking around I went up to a gentleman working alone in the Men's Department, he spent maybe 1 minute assisting us and then said he would right back. He then went over the counter in started checking out another customer; he proceeded to check out customer after customer, as my wife and I were standing there waiting. After waiting several minutes, I decided to grab two suites and try them on, after trying on two different styles, I still had questions. After about 30 minutes the gentleman came back over, asked how he can help us, when I started to ask my question he said give a minute and walked back over to counter and started checking out yet another customer. After spending an hour in the store and NOT being helped, needless to say we decided to leave, and go elsewhere. read more

My mother and I went to this Macy's, and it couldn't have been more inconvenient for us. We wanted to use a $40 Macy's money card which is like a gift card only with an activation and expiration date. However, when she a better blouse that she wanted, we were told that our Macy's money card (temp gift card) wouldn't be credited towards the new blouse. We offered to returned everything to try the purchase again to use the Macy's money with the new blouse. They wouldn't credit us for it. When I suggested to void the purchase, they wouldn't even try. We went to 3 managers who treated us VERY unprofessionally. They all wouldn't help give us back money that we would lose. They gave us attitudes with smirks on their faces. This is NOT how you treat customers that shop to YOUR store. This is how you make sure people will refuse to go to your store to never look forward to your lack of professionalism. We are never going back to this location. Try your luck with the Garden State Plaza store. read more
