Macy's has seen better days. I am a previous Macy's card holder and truly miss my trips to the flagship 34th Street location in Manhattan. I visited this location today while seeking Junior's clothing. There were pleasant staff members with whom interacted with me in the women's clothing section, however, no one voiced any assistance. The dressing room appeared to be blocked off with several racks blocking the entrance. Macy's can invest in a renovation for this location and their fitting rooms. The rooms are dated and falling apart ! Why should I spend my money here ? I had to ask a sales associate if it was operable ? I enjoy the styles that Bar III, INC and On 34th bring to this department store. This location has my size in stock in many brands. I found the stock here, slim pickins! I also visited the Macy's Backstage and it was horrendous. Very sloppy and the sales associates, need a lesson in customer service on the sales floor. A subpar shopping experience here for me. I left with one item from Backstage that was clearance priced. A True Religion cross body bag for my daughter. read more

9/19/21: I went here in search of a white dress shirt & navy blue blazer for my son. The store was tidy & clean. The sections were clearly labeled. The problem was that they didn't have much selection. There were no solid white shirts there under $50. He's only a kid. I'm not paying that much for a shirt he's gonna stain at school. Also, the only blazers I could find were in the Men's section, and the least expensive one was $100. Again, HECK NO!! The same associate helping us even told us not to waste our money there for him. They are too expensive & I was better off going to Burlington or somewhere like that. I ended up going to Walmart for the shirt & Target for the blazer. Both things together was cheaper than the Macys blazer. I appreciate the associate's advice & his willingness to help. That's why this store gets 4 stars. read more

I can never go wrong at Macy's, and this store at the Triangle Town Center is no different. The customer service is friendly, and it's usually easy to find someone if you need help. I always love the clearance sections, and their handbags can't be beat (although the handbag prices aren't always budget friendly!). read more

I'm a big fan of Macy's. The Macy's at TTC is great in that it has a ton of selection, and the customer service is wonderful without being too pushy. This Macy's carries a huge amount of designers, although not too many high-end, but that is what Sak's is for. Macy's is a bit like Target for me, in that I can walk in and when I leave, I have purchased a ton of items, all at a great deal, but can hardly remember what I bought. There are many items for gifts, and of course, yourself. They have a giant Martha Stewart kitchen collection. I have purchased almost all of cookware, as well as my baking utensils from this location. I've also purchased adorable baby clothes for gifts, as well as bedding for myself and others. Recently, I scored a couple of business suits at an ah-mazing price! The store is always clean, but I will say that it is a bit cluttered with too much stuff sometimes. I've often purchased items that have been marked the wrong price by the sign, and found out that the item was in the wrong place- but, they honored the sign's price. This department chain has declined in quality of service (people are unfriendly and sometimes just MEAN AND NASTY!!! and the price () simply put ... does not reflect the quality of merchandiseI just purchased. Definitely not what I would have expected from MACY'S ! I knew as soon as I walked in and took a look at the shoes...all out on the floor list like KOHLS..,just like target. Macy's Is no longer a store that takes pride in customer service. They have Scaled back on people who can help you find the right fit. If I have todo it myself I will just goto Target or kohl's. I believe they have better quality merchandise at half the price! It's a shame because after this visit i have No need to go to the mall like EVER ! read more

Do not buy that Radley sectional sofa. Looks good but does not hold up well. The chaise part of the sofa is really flimsy and Worry No More is not responsible for fixing the problem. I now have to pay upwards of $300 to get it reupholstered myself. Really disappointed. read more

I am normally a fan of Macy's. Generally quality merchandise and good sales on a regular basis; however, several tims recently I have noticed that it is difficult to find associates when needing assistance in this particular store (Triangle Town Center). Today I went to purchase an electric roaster oven for Thanksgiving. The roasters were on sale and I figured I would grab one while available. While not overly heavy, this is a large item to tote around. There were no associates at any of the registers in housewares, the fine china and gifts, the bedding area, or anywhere else in sight. I lugged this huge box around half the bottom level and found absolutely no one working there. I ran into two other individuals with merchandise that they wanted to purchase who were also looking for an associate. Not wanting to continue carrying the huge box around, I stopped at the vacant registers at bedding and finally had to call the main number for the store. I then had to go through an automated system and get transferred twice before I finally spoke to someone in the store who could send someone over to check me out. I wouldn't recommend stopping by this store to purchase anything without being prepared to take the time to locate an associate. read more

I never thought in a million years that I'd like macys. I stayed mad at them for 10 years for buying out hechts but after Belks completely went downhill, I decided to give them a try out of desperation. I'm not completely sold on them yet as their customer service stinks but their clothes are pretty darn good for a middle aged chubby white lady. The style and Co brand is just what I need to look decent in work and play. The baby department is so much better than Belk. I went crazy in there about 2 months ago while shopping for my granddaughter. I haven't gotten their credit card yet but they keep trying to wear me down everytime I go. read more
