The sales associate, Eleanor, was incredibly helpful, from sourcing my sizes to hemming my pair. After telling her we'd only be in Raleigh for one day, she made it a priority to hem the pair quickly while we had lunch nearby. She personally assisted us with shopping for appropriate dresses for a 8th Grader. Unfortunately we did not find a perfect fit, however, the selection at Dillards for evening gowns and Special Occasions is tremendous. I appreciate the fact they dedicated a portion of the store to Juniors sizes. Many of the other department stores have gotten rid of Juniors/ Misses and have merged styles with Women's clothing. Dillards has an abundance of designers, I just wish the price tags were reasonable.

For instance, I needed a formal black tie suit and a casual jacket outfit for a gala in July. The employee Javi was personable and knowledgeable, helping me put together colors, textures, et. al. And yet, a place of this obvious capability did not have a black shirt in my size. I only wear 17.5 by 34. A black shirt. This was a shirt I promptly and effortlessly purchased at Brooks Brothers later on. But Jos couldn't handle it? A simple black shirt? And then, they had to order a white shirt for me because they didn't have one of those either. A simple white shirt? Seriously? That's embarrassing. I am presently waiting a couple weeks for all alterations (some of which they were late with) and that one shirt to come in. Overall, it was a fine experience, leaving me with a great ensemble, but when they show their shortcomings, those shortcomings do shine. A.

When I wear one, it makes me feel professional and handsome without feeling too over the top formal. The customer service in the store was very nice, I brought in two shirts that were a little bit too large for me that I had received as a gift. They let me try two other sizes on and they were able to find the same shirts that I liked in the size that fit me correctly. From there, the staff was able to process the exchange within one minute. They have a smooth efficient process and they have a very good quality product.
