I took them into the store to exchange them for a normal pair of pants. They offered me $9.99! I have spent hundreds of dollars online and at that particular store and that's all they'd do for me. The lady haughtily stated, "Oh that happens sometimes." They can sell defective clothing and think that is just fine! My advice is shop elsewhere. I have to question where their clothes are made and by whom? Children in China? Who knows? Very tacky of them, I think. Terrible value; terrible service

She went above and beyond to box my gifts and make them look so special. She was super personable and pleasant and just an overall great person and employee! I selected quite a few pieces and went to the dressing room to try on. No one came to see how I was doing or if I needed different sizes. I came out of the dressing room. The sales lady eventually found me. I said, "Everything was too large. I'd like to try them in a smaller size." She said, "Oh," and walked away. No offer to help me find replacements. I did eventually purchase the one thing that had originally fit, but would have probably bought more if I didn't have to search to find all the right sizes.

I walked out of there with not only one, but two dresses, two sweaters, a little jacket and three pairs of pants, all items that fit me properly and look great on me. The next day, I saw online that there was a 30% off sale. Last night, I went back with my receipt and received the discount with a smile. I see him today speaking to officer Dargan 401 with Orland Park Police about clarifying statues of law, the mall director walks up and says "What does he think this is a legal seminar" joking in my face along with Dargan all because I asked how can you enforce law if you don't clarify? They both ignored my gesture and the Director of Security threatened to ban me just for asking for mall policy & when I asked for his name he tried to walk away. I've had issue with this man for years along with other mall vendors who pay to be there and he doesn't treat people with respect. Then when I went to return it because I found a purse much cheaper they told me that all accessories are final sale. Maybe next time YOUR employees know that before selling to customers. I was the only customer in the store and the cashier did not speak to me. It's a well lit store packed with clothes that scream Shein vibes.....fast fashion, made in China, and super budget friendly. You can get a whole outfit for under $20 if needed. Is the quality amazing? Absolutely not! But if you're trying to buy a full vacation wardrobe without breaking the bank, this store will definitely do the trick. Unfortunately, I don't wear cheap clothes so this store is not for me.
