He refused to promise by when he would repair it, or even promise to look at it before closing up shop for the night. Bottom line, stay away. The shop itself should have been a clue that these guys don't know what they're doing. A jumble of parts strewn everywhere, cords, and disassembled computers in various states of assembly.
