Oh, trust me, I won't be back after this. Below is Owner's response... Message: I picked up my car today to a pretty significant scratch on the trim piece your office repaired. I have pictures of its state yesterday where the piece wasn't on there. Today, a scratch all the way thru the paint. The employee informed us he didn't feel that piece was related to the deer damage. They charged me $1200 to tow that car 4.1 miles. This is highway robbery. Wanted me to sign my title over to them to get the bill paid. They do not even have a body shop there and could not assess the damages. I had to have it towed somewhere else and pay that fee plus $25/day storage. There are lots more honest tow companies in Ringgold. Try Worley's or Advanced Collision but avoid this company unless you have money to throw away. You have a choice. Don't take whomever is in the rotation for kickbacks.

After my initial stress and panic I finally called Redferns. Chris answered and got to me within 25 minutes. Intially this was a mobile service and when he got there, he then told me he had to get his tow truck and take it back to his shop. He got it back there with no additional cost. It had to stay iver night because it was late. However, today he called me around noon said he found the initial issue and fixed that too.
