Best auto shop I've dealt with in decades! Definitely recommend Chris and Art. Called them up and…read morescheduled an appointment to have my car inspected/diagnosed. When I arrived, they gave me a diagnosis that was on par with what I suspected and did not mislead in attempt to get more work/money. While they had the majority of parts on hand for the job, they have suppliers who work closely with them and was able to order the two parts they didn't have on hand that arrived from out of state the next day. This shop is on top of it and does not waste your time (which is great especially when considering labor costs- they do not mess around). While I was waiting in their lobby for the work to be completed, I observed a lot of positives. There's good karma and energy here. Smiles and hugs, people dropping off food to thank them, and workers aren't approaching you all greasy or sleazy feeling. Perhaps an odd observance to note, but seems like confirmation that honest, transparent, and reasonably priced work is done here for everyone. I can personally attest to this with my experience. I am extremely pleased with the work that was performed on my vehicle, my experience and the service I was provided, and the price I paid. I highly recommend Ace Auto Repair.

However, that's where the problems started. Week-after-week they'd promise to start on my project and then fail to follow-thru. Clearly, they have too much work on their plate. Finally, I gave up on them after waiting more than a month for them just to get started on the work of installing my crate motor. Ultimately, it cost me $175 just to retrieve my property!
