My car has been repaired well but they always seemed to be super busy that I kept having to follow up with them. Whenever I called to ask how much longer they would have my car they said they would call me back and then they wouldn't. They also continued to push out how long they were going to have my car. I'm glad they have so much business but when it conflicts with customer service, it's disappointing

I was visiting Chattanooga from out of state and while driving my car started making some noises in…read morethe engine compartment. I was extremely annoyed because I really dont know anyone in the area and dont know any mechanics. I looked at 5 mechanics and when I called 3 answered but no one could get me in until a couple days except Rivermont. It was my 2nd choice overall since it was out of the way from the hotel I was staying at, but I managed to limp the car over there with a combination of throttling and letting it coast. I let the guys know that I needed the car back ASAP and they had it ready at the end of the same day. Turns out it was a sensor or something like that causing knocking and hesitation. They diagnosed, got the part and fixed it all within 5 hours. I picked it up before rush hour and made it back to hotel and continued my stay in Chattanooga. I don't remember the guys name, but I think he was the owner of teh shop. He was 100% honest with me about what was wrong, he didnt try to upsell me crap I didnt need like other shops do where I live. Since I was from out of town he could have easily taken advantage of my situation and tried to overcharge or screw me, but he has integrity, honesty and respects people and their hard earned dollars. Not just a good mechanic , a good man. He just found out what was wrong and fixed it. I wish I could find an honest shop like this back where I live. I would have them do all maintenance on my vehicles and any repair. Hands down I would go here again, if you are looking for HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY mechanics this is your shop. Thanks guys for being kind to an out of towner and making it to where I could continue to enjoy Chattanooga with minimal interruption.

There are no "appointment" times, it is first come first served, however we did call ahead to make sure they weren't too backed up. It was some kind of relay/switch that wasn't switching over to heat... that is the best I could describe it! Anyhow, we were able to pick it up on Monday and it cost $223 for parts and labor.
